lately, my ears have been feeling wet on the insides a lot, as if i was getting out of the shower. i stop the itchy sensation by shaking my finger around in my ear until it stops. that results in a small amount of wet earwax on my finger. i wear earbuds for several hours a day if that means anything.
I have a weird lump on my left ear that hurts when touched. It's nothing that can be seen from the outside, but I can feel it.
Sometimes when I sprint, I get a really bad pain beside my lower abs. Feels like an organ is crying or some sad stuff. I'm not exhausted and I know I can run more, but the pain gets so bad I can't continue. Anyone know what's up?
Cramping. When you sprint, everything in your body is stretching your abdominal muscles and causing them to be in pain. Don't eat before you sprint, but be sure you're hydrated. Stretching and doing abdominal exercises before running should help as well. It's nothing bad, it's just that you're straining your muscles when you run and it causes pain, sometimes severe. You just want to make sure you stretch those muscles and get them ready to run.

Wax buildup may be causing itchy inner ears. Use a large syringe with a tube that's small enough to snugly fit in your ear. Be sure not to damage your ear by trying to cram it in there though. Anyways, this should loosen up the wax and get it out of your ear. Be sure to keep your head level on its side so that the peroxide can go further into your ear. Use the cap of the hydrogen peroxide as a measuring thing. Get 1 cap of HP into the syringe (or, if you don't have one, just get someone to pour it into your ear for you while you're laying down). Let it sit in your ear for about 20 minutes, then drain it out. It should get most of the wax buildup out of there. If it's painful, you might have an infection so get it checked if it is.

I just noticed that I think a tonsil, the one you can see that's behind your tongue, is pretty visible and has 1 white dot on it. From my point of view it looks like the dot's a few mm in diameter and it looks like a pimple. What could it be?
If I sit, I get a real pain in my ass, well, like.. the bone which is close to your ass, and really hurts when you break it. But I don't want to go to a doctor or he will have to inspect my ass.
nop, I mean like A white spot back there, where it says tonsils

Tonsils have pits, known as "crypts." The outer surface of the tonsil, including the crypts, is covered by a "skin" called mucosa. Mucosa is the tissue that lines your mouth, nasal cavity, sinuses and gastrointestinal tract. This lining sheds (just as your skin sheds constantly, usually without your awareness). In some individuals, shed tonsil mucosa can build up within the crypts. This accounts for the white spots. In some unfortunate folks, this material hardens and forms "stones," or "tonsilloliths." These can be quite irritating, enough so that a tonsillectomy may be warranted to get rid of the problem. In your case, the white spots don't even rise to the level of annoyance, so tonsillectomy is out of the question. You should see a doctor, however. There is a small chance that you are getting recurrent strep throat (throat infection caused by Streptococcus bacteria). I think this is unlikely, because you state that your throat is only occasionally sore, and strep throat is typically very painful. Nevertheless, it would be worthwhile to have a doctor take a throat culture at a time when the white spots are very prominent. To take a throat culture, your doctor will quickly swab the suspicious area and send the swab to a microbiology lab, where they will determine whether or not you are having a strep infection. Rapid, in-office test kits can determine the same thing. You've just got to keep in mind that your doctor sees multiple asses everyday, with problems probably much more disgusting than yours. Doctors are probably the most desensitized people in the world when it comes to embarrassing and/or gross bodily issues.
Do soap and water daily applied to plantar's warts on the foot help?
Yes. Plantar's warts are hideously uncomfortable and gross, but the only way to get them to go away is to let them go away on their own. Clean the area every day, wear clean socks, try and stay off your feet if you can. I had one a few years ago and it was horrible looking. But it eventually went away. Try not to pick at it too much to get it off because sometimes it makes it worse. If it SEEMS like it's able to get pulled off, then try it, but if it's firm on there, don't. Here are some other things you can try: -Try soaking your foot in water for 20 min and use a pumice stone to see if it'll remove it afterwards. -Use OTC Salicylic acid. Make sure you read instructions on how to apply it to the wart. - Use the duct tape treatment. Put any color of duct tape over the wart, and keep it covered 24 hours a day, six out of seven days a week, for six weeks. Hope that helps.

What's a powerful, easily obtained local anaesthetic that wont affect your concentration much and is non-prescription in the UK?
Do soap and water daily applied to plantar's warts on the foot help?
I once had a plantar wart. I went to the doctor to get it frozen off, but that didn't help. Tried over-the-counter medication. Didn't help. I'm a runner and the wart was on my heel, so it was a pretty big inconvenience and I was desperate. So I got rid of it myself with some nail clippers. Just cut it away and pulled out the roots. It hurt like fucking hell and blood got everywhere, but it got rid of the wart and it never came back. It was definitely worth it. You just gotta get in there and destroy the fucking thing.
What's a powerful, easily obtained local anaesthetic that wont affect your concentration much and is non-prescription in the UK?
You want an powerful over the counter local anaesthetic? I can't think of why on earth you'd want that. Anything with a good amount of lidocaine should be good. Not sure how powerful it is.
