.
Wow what a sane and stable individual.
Also, the only reason I give my school a 2 and not a 1 is because the school itself does its job to teach.
I gave my school an 8. It's pretty decent, very flimsy on the phones/iPods, dress code is very lenient. At the end of classes you can listen to music or text, some teachers let you listen to music while working. Classes are semi-simple to find, some of the other students are bitchy, it's near impossible to be in a non-Gifted English/Reading class, my girlfriend and half of my friends go to a different school, my Tech Theatre teacher is beyond ba-dass, cracking sexual jokes every couple of minutes. This is all where I get my rating from. It's disorganized. I don't care.
9/10, but missed the 9, accidentally rated 8 - Dresscode is pretty much: Wear anything you want as long as your pants aren't on the goddamn ground, and shorts/skirts must be lower or at line with your fingertips, this is never enforced - Teachers are all awesome unless classroom is getting out of hand - Gum is allowed - Hats are allowed - MP3 players and electronic devices are allowed at lunch - Teachers could care less if you swear - In almost all my classes, when you finish your work, you can do basically whatever; draw, listen to mp3 player, read, etc etc The 1 is taken off because of the dumbshits here, there are always about 15 kids that all have mental disabilities trying to get in fights with people, some skinny kid with no muscle one time said "I'm gonna kill you in 5 ways" because I accidentally bumped into him when my friend pushed me
0 Because i'm stuck in egypt...:frown:
7 Cons : -2of10 teachers are awesome. -Uniform -Expensive -Expensive food -Expensive books (we have to buy our LOW Quality books from them. Pros -Good education -Best school in English -Best school in the state for academics.
7 or 8. Pros: Mostly okay food. Same as my old schools food. They order the same supplies for cooking, so yeah. General nice people. They can be douchebags most of the time, but just very very minor douchebags. Though the girls are still Justina Bieber loving bitches, but what ever. Since I'm in 7th the girls are hitting puberty, which means girls are growing boobs, which means I'm satisfied. Most of the teachers are nice, and sometimes even funny at times. Great principal and staff. Great education Small, with 500-600 students, which is fucking tiny considering it's K-12th grade. Got 13th best scores in the fucking state. We have occasional dances and a swell end of the year party. Cons: People can sometimes be major douchebags. A few teachers are dumbass dickfaces. Strict uniform code. Lucky they banned the paddle to the ass punishment. Teachers sometimes seem like douches the way they put things, though if your not the one being talked to its funny... Only 5 minuites between classes. Considering that alot of the time you have to go to the end of the school to get to your locker then get to class then your going to get late. Reason why I pack all my stuff for school.
Try to immigrate to Canada or Switzerland or Finland
If this was directed towards me, hurting people did nothing. I thought, by punching someone so hard in the face that it nearly broke my hand and knocked them out and broke their nose, getting someone in a headlock and making sure they can't breathe until one of my friends stopped me because they thought it was wrong, shit like that you think would get them to fuck off, but it didn't. Oh and i tried something else, someone wanted to fight with me for not looking right, so i talked to him before he randomly knocks me on the floor and walks off with a cocky smile on his face, i then took a sharp knife out of my bag, cut my own hand with it and then i made him fight me, got blood all over the place and it stopped people from bothering me for two whole weeks before they started again. tl;dr Psychopath type shit and hitting people doesn't work basically.
You are fucking crazy.

Reason why I pack all my stuff for school.
My school has lockers, but we don't get to use them. We only get 4 minutes between classes during which they expect us to use the bathroom and still be on class on time (They have "Tardy Sweep", anyone not in their class has to go to the quad and gets sent to the Dean for being tardy unless they have a pass.)
7,only because of the people.but what can I say they are douchebags in every school.
People: Assholes and wiggers. Everyone else is pretty normal. 4/10 Teachers: Sort of a mixed bag. Some are nice but some are normal and then you have the douchebag teachers who count you truant for using the restroom. 6/10 Courses: Leans towards artsy kinds of things. Although there are science classes and math classes they aren't as in depth as say English or history. 6/10 Extracurricular: A strong emphasis on sports. Although there is a math and science club, it is very small. Some extracurricular classes that sort of died out of popularity are the chess team, the student paper and current events club. 2/10 Punishments: Most punishments are fine based but this doesn't stop the students that are better off financially. 4/10 Final Score: 32%
I change my vote to a 9, simply because our music class has a guitar unit in which I get to bring in my awesome Epiphone SG 400 and show off my epic skills.
-op-
Zhe hitler youth ist güd, ja?
Can high in California it's rated 3 from me :3 reason is the principal is a douche to all of the kids
10/10 Its a public high school focused on science and technology with an admission test. So no stupid people. no dresscode, eat lunch wherever you want in the building Hundreds of computers, and a syslab with a super computer and ~50 computers running a custom version of Gnome. :iia:
I go to a private school, the education is alright, teachers are fine, but the elitist BS underlines everything. If you have a connection with the school or the school board that pretty much guarantees you a prefect position or a scholarship. Meanwhile, working class families who send their children to private schools hoping to get an edge for their futures has to pay increasing fees because of other children's scholarships. It's horrid.
My school is awesome except the fact that there is barely any sports teams. :/
Well I am still not in school yet, so I will rate my old school a 9. Teachers were great, dress code was fair, things usually worked out smoothly. My one problem are some of the people there.
people still live in detroit? [editline]12:22AM[/editline] oh and 9
amazingly yes
Abandon Detroit and leave it as is for science.
7/10. Pros: Good staff who are relatively easygoing, same with the administration A decent student body. Even the jerks aren't really that bad. All the different cliques seem to get along fine, at least in my grade. A wide variety of sports teams, clubs and extracurricular activities. Attached to a local sports centre with school access to hockey rinks, squash courts and weight rooms. No dress code Quite possibly has the most amount of computers out of any other school in our board. Multiple labs on each floor. Large variety of courses. Arts, wood shop, photography as well as many other academic subjects. Cons: Built on a hill, you can see cracks running through some of the walls in the building. Relatively small budget given from the board. Things that break tend to stay broken for the rest of the year at least.
7 Good. -Incredibly lax dress code, so as long as you have a shirt on and you cant see your genitals through your pants, the administrators wont bother you. No hats, but that doesn't bother me. -7 minute passing period. -Teachers are decent for the most part, at least the honors/AP teachers are fairly motivated to do their jobs. -The staff/teachers hate the District. -Student body is good, you have the assholes and there's that obvious divide between honors and regular students, but there's always a group that you can get into. -Very little (obvious) elitism when dealing with grade divides. -Good sports teams and our Academic Decathlon team beats the crap out of yours. Bad. -Way too fucking overcrowded. 4300 students in a school that should top out at less than 2000. Not enough room in the hallways and such and class sizes are massive. -Los Angeles District 1, so the school is really fucking poor. No class sets of textbooks and all school activities are student funded. Also means outdated textbooks and a lot less lab equipment. -Terrible food, vending machines eat money and shit out nothing. -We lost about 3 counselors this year because of budget cuts so there are like 6 counselors dealing with 4300 students.
Love my university. Big 10.
8/10 Cons -uniform (not that bad but they are pretty strict) -half the people don't use their brains -the internet is painfully slow (typical Australia) -every second website is blocked (includng educational sites) Pros -teachers are awesome -no bullying -lots of sport opportunities -lots of career opportunities -you can use ipods and phones whenever you want -every wednesday you can go home an hour early
7/10. Food is shit/expensive, so I bring my own lunch sometimes/skip lunch. Teachers are pretty chill about things, give you an extra day to turn in homework if you're usually good about that kind of stuff. Dress code isn't enforced too much, unless the waistband of your pants is hanging around your nuts. Building is in kind of shit condition, but I don't care too much. Can sleep when you want, teachers don't care if you "want to fail"(I sleep through my history period most of the time, I read about plenty of that on my own to know what we learned two weeks ago) Our football field is in shit condition, yet we got this big, new, useless orchestra practice room No one really gets bullied, just the kids who end it bringing it on themselves. And what has been the most useful to me is, they don't give much a damn about fights. If they catch two kids fighting they pull them apart, tell them not to do it again, and let you go.

We get to play fucking Battlefield 1942, Counter-Strike and Quake 3 when we're in the computerhall. Only that makes the school qualify for a 9. We also get free food, although it's gross. We do not have to wear school uniforms. :sweden:
2 I hate my school
1, filthy and 90% of the teachers don't give a fuck if you pass or fail, we all march down grey the halls like prisoners to our cells. Teachers only attempt to suppress any negative actions of students if it's something that would get them in trouble without doing it. For example, one kid during cooking class pulled his dick out and rubbed it on the counters and the teacher saw and didn't do shit cause she was a lazy bitch who didn't want to do paperwork.
