• Loose some weight on legs without gaining any muscle?

I wont be able to handle a diet V:v:V i'd rather set a habit of working out in some way

Okay, you have a real nice body from the looks of things, your calves look perfectly normal for a woman, as they usually retain fat int heir lower body. Start lifting please, there are far too little woman who lift.

Seriously. Don't lose any weight from your legs. Your legs aren't big, not at all. Not even close. Firstly, you look you're already on reasonably low body fat. You can't target your legs - if you will lose fat you will lose fat from all over your body. Your legs look good. Actually as a man I'd like them bigger, beefy. Of course my option doesn't affect at all. But certainly most men don't like the stereotypical "models" body. I know you shouldn't care what others think that much, but here's an example what seems to be pleasant for very many men. Not that skinny, but athletic. Why do you want to lose weight just from your legs? Do you think it'll make you look more attractive?
If you find muscles unnapealing then get out of the fitness forum. Seriously, we've given you help, start working out, and burn the fat into muscle, which will make you sleeker / skinnier compared to whatever "Fat" you think you have on you You weigh about 110 pounds TOPS, and your worried about losing weight, which is just going to make the rest of your body a hollow cage.

You're quite thin anyhow, and losing weight (whether all over - which, realistically is what's going to happen - or just on your legs) will make you look even skinnier, which won't be a good look. I think you need to work on your self-image. The way you're going on about it seems like you think your legs are like 500 pounds each, or something.

Thing is that i didn't create the thread in order to get your theories about my mental state, lack of confidence or whatnot. I don't have to appreciate what i don't want or have any use for, i thought my question was obvious enough, and it has already been answered, so nor do i see why anyone of you should continue arguing about it. Yeah, sure, i might have a low amount of self confidence, but how is that relevant to what i'm asking for. And how you came to that conclusion of yours regarding my exaggeration of my leg size is beyond me.

When you ask for help, and expect results, without choosing a fucking way to get results, then get the hell out. This isnt a fucking tv show you can flip channels until you find the one you want, there are 2 options, diet, and working out. Choose one, or stop complaining about no one answering your damn question. Also your insecure as hell and need to go see a psychiatrist to get some self esteem before you worry about losing "fat"
