This is it. Also, it's not a password crack, it's a bypass.
This is more effective because even if your dad changes his password you can do the same thing again.
I can vouch for the Linux method.
I'm an unfortunate victim of forgetfulness and have to use it at least once a month.
Here is what you need to do, a lot of computers these days have a failsafe method to get into your computer in case you forget your password.
They automatically save your password onto a very specific part of your harddrive that is made of a type of metal. All you need to do to get in is to use of magnet and run the magnet over the harddrive a few times in order to gain access to the computer. Doing this deactivates the password for the next login. Also after you logout again the password will remain so he won't even know!
Also the more powerful the magnet the better/faster it will be done.

Use this method if mine doesn't work, mine is more thorough but this is a good backup plan.

I had to do this last week after I got drunk one night, changed my password and couldn't log back on when i woke up. Worked perfectly too. Wish I'd known about it sooner.
Yeah it is really helpful. I used it to get back onto my computer when my stupid little brother changed it and forgot what he changed it too.
1. Run in safe mode
2. Click the "Administrator" account
3. Go through that and change your daddy's password.
4. Done. Now go away.
Wow you guys suck, I bet he would've installed the viruses that I posted.
That's invasion of privacy.
How would you like it if your dad started looking through your computer?
did you try this???
"bum"
try "ihavenoson"
if you find your dads porn, make sure to share it with us.
"Swordfish". The password is always swordfish.
You don't even need to crack it, there's an easier way to get into it:
1. Install a portable Linux distro on a DVD or USB drive
2. Boot from it by changing the boot order in BIOS while the computer starts
3. Once you're booted into it, navigate your way to the drive containing the Windows installation
4. Go to the "Windows" folder within that drive and find a folder called "system32"
5. Go into this folder and delete "hal.dll", the file that handles password protection on user accounts
6. Boot back into Windows and you should be able to just log into the account. Congratulations, you just hacked Windows!
If you want to make this process faster, you can drag a bar magnet (a powerful one) over the Hard-Drive in one direction a few times. This is what professionals do to speed up your machine. Best of luck OP!
or he could boot from a cd that does it all for him
not that he could figure that out either
So looks like its the Linux distro route, but before I do that is there a way that wont get me viruses, that will crack the password and tell me it?
you can't get viruses on linux :downs:

I'm debating whether this is trolling or a real failsafe.
If you deserved to get in you'd know how.
If he's on XP it's extremely easy.

it's failsafe trust me i do this all the time
None of the passwords worked so far, can't someone just like actually say a serious one?
Wait you mean to tell me you actually tried passwords like:
"mysonisamistake"
"my son is a flaming homosexual"
and "Flare password"
OP is an epic troll.
Alright, you know what, here's how to do it:
Open the side of your computer,
look for the tabs stuck on the rods on the motherboard. These are called jumpers.
Find the one near the round lithium battery, take out the battery, then take out the jumper. Remember to keep the switch on the back of the tower on the on position.
Don't put the battery back in yet, take out the jumper closest to the LED indicating there is power coming from the PSU.
Look on the hard drive (the gray rectangular thing), if there is a white jumper on the back of it, put it on any position it was not originally on, if there was no jumper, then put a bar magnet near the leftmost side and keep it there for ~30 seconds. After doing this, run it down the hard drive from front to back in a straight lines.
Put the lithium battery back in and start your computer. You should be in BIOS now. Just press escape multiple times until it gets out of there. Your dads account should be renamed something like $masteraccount, and any other accounts $slaveaccount. The master account will no longer have a password on it and you cannot put passwords on it until you replace the jumpers in there appropriate positions.
This works on all windows operating systems.
Right now I am actually rooting for OP. As man times I have heard of people doing this to gain access to material I never actually did it myself.
Do it OP! Crack that bitch wide open!
