The devil's Rejects when in the end [sp]the fireflys run into a road block during their escape and just run right into it, guns blazing[/sp] while in the background Lynard Skynard's Free bird plays. Jin Roh when Fuse is forced to [sp]shoot Kei[/sp]. Even tough it seems inevitable, you still have hope, it might turn out differendly, but then... Sympathy for Mr. vengance. The whole movie is a cruel jorney of pain and despair for all the characters. OldBoy When in the end [sp]everything goes to shit[/sp]
We Were Soldiers. The Broken Arrow Accident really made me cringe especially when the guy was leaving on the helicopter ,and was shouting ,"Look at me!"
Haw Haw Haw, That was one of the worst Vietnam movies made. I will admit that scene was toutching but the rest of the movie was awful.
Not an emotional moment, but the ending of American History X made me go. "What. The. Fuck" Never saw it coming, but an awesome film.
Titanic, when the ship was going full retard and the blades were high up in the air. Some dude tried hanging on to the ship but failed and fell down. He hit the blades and it made a gong-like sound, couldn't stop lauging.
"Drag Me To Hell", that ending... it REALLY caught me off-guard :/ [editline]12:09PM[/editline] Amazing twist!
The ending of Brazil :( I felt so bad after that..... [editline]02:01PM[/editline] and the death of the 1933 King Kong
Life is Beautiful's (La vita è bella) ending.
Oh God. D: It's made worse because if, like me, you're shown the film by a friend you start out thinking that it's just a happy go lucky romantic comedy. [editline]08:32PM[/editline] Oh, oh - Sophie's Choice. D: It was so upsetting for Meryl Streep, she had to do it in one take.
I'm gonna say the greenmile when he says "I'm afraid of the dark.." So sad

Very upsetting, although I didn't care much for the rest of the film. EDIT: When she was tealing the radio I almost died.
I HATE To Kill A Mockingbird because they made me read it in school.
It is a fine film though. :science:
DogVille You gotta watch it to understand
Schindler's List.
The scene where Pyle gets beaten with soap, and when he cracks later in Full Metal Jacket.
The girl in the Pink jacket in schindlers list. I welled up like a bitch
Beginning of Up!.
The plane crash scene in Knowing.
comfortably numb
I know this is girly, but like every other scene in Terms of Endearment
In War Of The Worlds. When the guy gets on top of the car, and throughout that scene where he gets the gun out and shouts for his son. Made me feel ANGRY. Fucking people.
Mean Girls when Shane cheats on Regina with Cady
Goodfellas when Tommy gets 'made'.
I have to agree with a lot of you guys. Probably the most recent was UP! for me. The beginning of the movie was all happiness and then [sp]the wife dies and you see him there all by himself and it made me really think about how real that scene was[/sp]
click
Surprisingly, yeah, I agree. The movie wasn't funny much at all, but it had some really sad moments. Also, one of the biggest things that ever hit me was in Schindler's List,[sp]when you see a shot of a pile of clothes and it has the little girl's red jacket in it[/sp]. [editline]08:09AM[/editline]
I have to agree with a lot of you guys. Probably the most recent was UP! for me. That was a really sad opening for a kid's movie. Pixar is so great.
Crank 1 when Chelios was [sp]falling from the chopper and saying his final words to his GF[/sp] Crank 2 took that scene and turned it into a big joke :saddowns:
28 weeks later: The sniper scene; for some reason seeing all those people running for their lives while being shot at by the people who are meant to be protecting them just struck a chord, especially with the depressing/maddening soundtrack (which I just found out is called "In a heartbeat"). Fuck this song makes me feel empty: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST2H8FWDvEA Schindler's List was a damn good movie as well, but not much of a tearjerker for me.
Land Before Time.
Requiem for a dream, the end.
Requiem for a dream, the end.
^this, the end was so sad. :(
I'm surprised the ending to Gran Torino hasn't been mentioned. Only movie to make me cry.
