Make the most out of life. Learn new things, meet new people, explore the world and the universe around it.
People overcomplicate the whole matter. The goal of life is to beget life.
The goal is to live as best as you can, because nothing lives forever. The human race was created to be destroyed. The reason we are still here is because some of us make more than the most out of our lives, and we find ways to keep expanding.
The goal of life is to survive.
To contribute exploring nature, helping animals, caring of the planet.
To expand our kind.
To have a family

Thats a nice explanation actually
I guess it's just to achieve the most you can in life to the best of your abilities (of course you better your abilities as time goes on). Life is short, you can't just sit around doing nothing.
Whatever you want really. You just can't get hung up thinking that there's an actual answer to that question, because there isn't, and that frustrates a lot of people.
Just look at your surroundings and decide what will make you happy, but don't forget that everyone else is doing the same thing.
To do what your instincts tell you to do and survive for as long as you can.
Make more humans
This includes the humans made
Or in facepunch terms....
FUCK
For there to be a goal implies there's some intelligent design I don't believe in.

With Penises?
Life is what you make it, so go for what you feel is right.
its pretty obvious that th human race is meant to become a god
actually you are all wrong.
the goal of life is to serve, protect, and follow our lord, our savior jesus christ.
Do what you want, don't live by other people's goals. If you're happier working at McDonalds than as a CEO of some company, then so be it.
I don't really class this as a fast thread, since we could discuss it into more than just posting theories. But what do you guys here at FP think the goal of life is?
Its an important question, but a rare one.
For me i think the goal of life is, to care for the planet, and populate it, i think if we fail do this, life will slowly stoop down, and earth will be turned right into shit.
Now im not religious, so god hasnt influenced me on that ^ , that was just what i think if im perfectly honest.
Itll be interesting to hear some thoughts.
That is almost, in a way, contradicting itself.

Hahaha, well put
There is no goal. You create goals as you go.
This.
Isn't one.
To die
To further evolve the species :smug:
actually you are all wrong.

You're a mentally disabled person.

Why do you say that
Help the advancement of the human race.
It's just an anomaly, sophisticated patterns arising from entropy, to increase entropy. Similarly to how a droplet of ink may form beautiful swirls in water just before it disperses. You do not ask the droplet what its goal is.

Well put.
There is no goal.
