I do this, then when it gets bad I take the inside of my shirt and wipe it in there, tons of skin fragments come out.
oh god damnit now you made me softly chew my cheeks
I always bight the sides of my cheeks
I do this too. I can't understand why. I think by bight you meant bite. Right?
I bit completely through my tongue once, it sucked.
ugh god, that made me cringe and shiver
Rinse with salt water. Or, use peroxide. It feels better after the initial pain.
I do this all the time. Just don't eat acid foods (tomatoes, etc. - anything that burns sore.) or don't drink acid drinks (soda, coke, etc. - sore will burn if acid.) either.
Never heard of biting the inside of your mouth. I however, tend to bite the dry skin on my lips. Hurts so bad.
I bite at the inside of my lips D:
Biting the inside of your cheeks hurts like fuck. God damn it's annoying :saddowns:
I have one of these things now just in the inside of my lip. I bit it every day last week atleast twice a day and I almost cried. But I think it's going to go soon because I havn't bitten it for 2 days, but having said this I'm about to have a meal and....
I bit down on my bottom lip after GRINDING MY TEETH IN MY SLEEP people think I have herpes now...fuck. Also, it's about an inch long cut, and it hasn't healed... at all.
I hate when I chew my gum and then suddenly bite into the inside of the mouth with all my might.
I do this constantly. The inside of my cheeks are horrible scars. I did this to my tongue once too. That was a mistake. It tore overnight and there was a 1/2 inch cut in my tongue.
Dude, what...?
I'm tasty.
Canker sores suck. I had a lot as a kid :frown:
I'll tell you what's worse, when you get a big yawn and open your mouth so wide that the fucking muscle underneath you jaw clenches up and feels like someone just pushed a railroad spike through it.
Do not bite the inside of your mouth, it make cause flesh tears.
Most people bite it because they're fat.
I bit the side of my tongue so hard a couple of weeks ago that I couldn't talk properly / at all for a few days.
Whenever I've managed to bite my cheek I take a cotton ball and press it between the teeth and my cheek. It is a lot easier to keep the jaw clenged that way and you wont bite your cheeck
Most people bite it because they're fat.
This post makes sense.
Most people bite it because they're fat.
I don't think cheeks get enough fat deposits to make a difference.

I bit my lip and got a white thing that formed where it had been chewed through, my girlfriend wouldn't kiss me for a whole week.
Overdoing this can result in mouth cancer.
I'll tell you what's worse, when you get a big yawn and open your mouth so wide that the fucking muscle underneath you jaw clenches up and feels like someone just pushed a railroad spike through it.
I try not to imagine how annoyingly painful it is when that happens.
I did this a lot, now I have a scar inside my mouth on the right hand side.
