Alright, here we go
This is bella, 7 years old. Originally got her from a friends farm. She is a little moody sometimes but nice a lot of the time.

This is speckle, daighter of bella. A little shy, but loves a good hard petting.

This is my prize kitty muenster, hes 4 or 5 years old. My friend found him in a ditch and i took him. Ive had quite a few cats in my day and he is by far the most cuddly.

And on to the birdos
Here is angel the budgie, i got her at a shelter. She had been sitting next to a cage of finches, so she makes finch noises now. Her wings are useless. They move, but i suspect they were clipped at a very young age and she was never let out of a cage before i got her. I have to keep an eye on her because she likes to jump off her cage and plop to the floor 5 feet below like she expects to take off one of these times. Shes basically a hamster with feathers

And this is monarch, the cockatiel. I found him abandoned in an empty trailer house with a pile of wild bird seed in his cage. Understandably, he doesnt like people very much, but hes slowly warming up to me. He whistles the ed edd n eddy theme.

Family dog I don't get to see much ever since mom moved up to the interior of BC so I have to settle for my pet duck which used to belong to my grandpa before he passed away.

This is my pupper, Max. :
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/oMuuCkU.jpg[/thumb]
A few months after our older golden retriever Mrs. Pearl died, we went to petsmart to pick up some frozen mosquito larvae for my fish, who was aptly named "fish". They were doing a a little adoption drive with a bunch of local shelters in the back, and, me being a 3rd grader who loved dogs, decided to go look.
Saw Max, decided he was going home with us. Mom sighed, called my dad, and more or less made him agree. Took him home, he pooped in the floor (a lot ), he barked all night, and slept with me and my dad at the end of the night. He was a... very mutty mut. Never been able to figure out what he was. Mild mannered as could be, aside from the times he got out of the fence and ran for literal miles with us chasing him, worrying about him getting hit by cars and whatnot. Got to see my mom get sick of his shit and tackle him once, walked him home in a leash made from us tying our jackets around his neck. Absolute dickhead thought we were playing with him. Came into my room specifically to light it up with raunchy dog fart, and then would walk out. Little bastard. Otherwise, he was the perfect dog, didn't bark a lot, was always wonderful with new people, and only ever nipped one person, and it was when the neighbors kid climbed over the fence and was running around in our yard uninvited.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/Dvf0jjc.jpg[/t]
Last January, we noticed he wasn't eating well, and his side was all bloated. He had some sort of bleed on his spleen pouring into his side, and would have ended up, well, you know how it goes. We decided to end his life the right way. Me and my father spent his final few moments hugging him on the floor of the animal hospital. We bawled like absolute fucking babies the whole way home. It was just after my grandmother had passed away (we went to buy suits for her funeral right after we went through this, in fact) so it tore me to shreds.
The animal hospital cremated him. Sent us his ashes, with a pawprint plaster cast I've decided keep in my gunsafe to remember him by.
We buried one bunch of his ashes where we buried our other dog, Chappy (Who is a hell of a story on his own!), another bunch under the tree he's next to in the first picture, since he loved to lay under it on sweaty summer days to keep himself cool, and we left some in an urn to keep on top of our fire place, so he's close. I've been missing him ever since.
Damn good Doggo.

Here's Myrtle 3 days before giving birth she woke us out of bed the day she gave birth by smacking us in the face with a kitten hanging out of her :v: and there's Myrtle with the kittens I kept the runt and gave the rest to friends. Sadly Myrtle left shortly after we gave her kittens away. Haven't seen her since. Wish I could have kept all of them, it was awesome having 5 kittens running around.

Here's the runt as a kitten, we named her Navi. She's super affectionate, probably the best cat I've ever owned.

Absolutely despises cages, so instead we have him roaming around in our backyard where he can't get out. He's got quite an interesting personality because of him 'having a traumatic childhood' as my mom likes to say sometimes.
Figured I'd post again since I managed to find a couple more pictures of the cats

This is pete
Last night the two cats I posted got into a pretty hectic fight with eachother, not sure what happened as they were going too fast around the apartment but they managed to not only knock over a bunch of stuff but I also just found 2 cat nails in Grimm's head and shoulder and 1 nail embedded right behind Navi's left ear. Had to pin them down and take tweezers to them.
Is that normal? Will the nails grow back quickly? Pretty confused as they hardly ever fight or even hiss and it's continuing on today, feel bad for Grimm because she's too tiny to really defend herself much.
I'm pretty sure they grow back at a similar rate as fingernails. If they have all their claws you might want to consider trimming them every so often. Consult a guide because you don't want to cut them too short and hit the really sensitive area.
and now Navi is cuddling up to Jess and hissing/growling every damn time I walk into the same room as them, feels bad, that's my kitty!
I'm guessing she's pissed because I broke up the fight or her paw is in lots of pain. I don't really have the money to go to a vet right now but she should be fine if we just keep it clean right?

My cats tend to bite their nails down, it's really weird to see them sticking their hindpaws into their mouth and pulling them. Either that or they scratch their post. Haven't really even attempted to trim them myself since I always see them doing that.
That should be fine, if they're an indoor cat it should be pretty easy to keep it clean. Whenever my cats fought you knew they were playing around and never hurt each other.

Yeah they play fight here and there but this was like out of a Cat Fighting Compilation on Youtube. I stepped out of the shower and just heard the howling and screeching then they flipped their food bowl, darted into the living room making that ungodly howling sound and that's where I broke it up by catching Navi.
They'be been in fluffy balls of seething hatred ever since. I just hope it passes and they chill out, I totally gotta give them space because they seem pissed off at me.
Thanks so much for the advice though man, appreciate it!
My cat. As soft as she looks.

Dunno how old he is, I was gonna adopt some cat from a shelter so I went to the mall to get like a litterbox and a bowl and stuff, and on the way out I passed a pet shop and outside it they had a bunch of cages with mostly kittens up for adoption but then I saw this huge cat that couldn't even stand up properly in his cage and I was just like "yeah no I'm taking this one with me" and so I did.
He really likes being around (familiar) people, so much that if he's sleeping in an empty room he'll wake up and walk to the one everyone else's in and just lay down on the floor
