When in crime movies/series the murderer is like "well you can't prove anything!" instead of denying the accusation. Good job, now the police are going to focus 100% on you since you've pretty much confessed.
When easily recognisable stock sound effects are used, This is actually super bad for me because years of playing WoW has made me memorise a pretty large number of stock sound effects that i recognise instantly (The 2 most common ones i notice are the Wolf aggro sound and the Warrior charge sound).
I laugh whenever someone references the necronomicon in real life ..people have literally gone one quests to find it. It was literally invented for the evil dead films and now its literally a mythical artifact people think could exist like the holy grail or the Cintamani Stone
The necronomicon does not originate from the Evil Dead series, it's actually a fictional grimoire from the works of author H. P. Lovecraft [editline]10th October 2015[/editline]
Some critics responded well to the symbolism in Gravity but when I saw this scene I audibly groaned This metaphor is less subtle than a forced example written by an unenthusiastic kid in school
I was never good at symbolism, and even though you guys call this obvious, what is this supposed to symbolise? She's very lightly dressed, so something of sexual nature? She is in a half-arsed fetal position, something something fetal state something something groff?

How american horror story (season 1) uses those shitty keyboard/stock/cheesy magic sounding ghost effects whenever [sp]Taint I mean Tate...[/sp] walks by. Like, we get it... [sp] Taint is a ghost. [/sp] [editline]10th October 2015[/editline] Also in general IDK if this was mentioned before, but when movies or shows use cameras that just fly the fuck around the place. Like they just fly around all crazy. And (from a cracked.com article) When gravity/physics dosen't apply. Like this: and this and this God it just looks so silly...
Sloppy as fuck exposition, such as making a conversation awkward and unnatural just to get out those extra details for the audience. A film that actually did this exceptionally well was Dawn of The Dead, wherein the main characters are in a shopping center, and when in one of the giant stores, "Christmas sale" signs and banners were hanging from the ceiling. Nearly made me bust a nut when I saw it.
When a character gets in trouble with another character, he could rationally explain why he didn't do anything wrong, but instead says all the wrong words or does a stupid action.
Every time someone rings someone it goes straight to the answering machine.
When they shoehorn a kid into the movie either as a sidekick or just a random character and said kid ruins everything by not following orders and getting someone killed/hurt. It infuriates me.
I hate how loud landscape scenery music or music in general is, then dialogue is so soft you can't make out what they're saying.
When the elite mercenaries in Jurassic World walk into the tall grass and get massacred by raptors like the last set of elite mercenaries 10 years before. Thermal sights and overwatch don't exist apparently. Nerve gas with gas masks dropped from the helicopters that brought them to the island would have helped too
i hate the word shoehorn
Kissing. Just reminds me of bad memories and those gross noises. I always skip past that shit in all movies.
Or D-Fens from Falling Down, who is mentally unstable but has no evil motives in mind and just tries to see his daughter.
Man when I saw that film I was like  during [sp]the boardwalk scene.[/sp] I hate when films have a very polar moral compass that just makes the viewer feel like they are being called stupid. Yes, I get it dictators bad, democracy good. Please give me more challenging moral questions.
Remember, if you're ever in a fatal one-on-one battle and you're defeated, always ask to be finished off, your opponent will be overcome with morality and you will be spared, HOWEVER if you grin slyly and attack again after you're spared you will be killed in a gruesome fashion.
Sex scenes always have the people covered up in a sheet or something, and then cut to the guy smoking a ciggy bum all proud and smug and the girl is all in bed looking fucked. Is it just mandatory for the guy to smoke a ciggy bum directly after sex and put his arms behind his head as if he's just conquered a fucking mountian? God damn. Something different for a change would be nice.
Fucking cliffhangers. They can all go to hell.
But will they go to hell? Find out in the next episode of BULLSHIT SHOW!

I understand that not every producer can go out and record their own authentic sound effects but at least find a sound library that isn't used by ten other popular movies/games.

How do so many TV shows/movies get away with it they're not even stock sounds.
When there's a shoot-out, the protagonist is always shot in the SHOULDER
When there's a shoot-out, the protagonist is always shot in the SHOULDER
And they're so unrealistically able to still use their shoulder, even though the shot likely warped and fucked their muscles up enough to incapacitate it. Like say, for instance, they decide to get into a fist fight shortly after getting shot.
"Character A, I need to tell you something very importan-" "No, Character B, I have something important to tell you and I'm going to interrupt you like a jackass even though it's very clear that you're trying to tell me something important and serious and possibly is a confession. So like I was saying, you're the most importantest and favoritest person I know and if you ever did something that you actually did do and then lied about and then was going to confess but then got interrupted by a contrived movie and TV plot device, I'd never ever never never forgive you ever. So anyway though what was the really important thing obviously about this speech that you wanted to tell me?" "Uh...nothing." "Ok, that's completely normal to say you need to tell me something important and then after I said something you backed out of it. Therefore, I'm not going to question this at all or even be suspicious about it one bit."
When the music never stops. Every seconds of movie is filled with music either it would be a casual conversation or an action scene. Learn to take a moment of silence, it helps to digest the story.
The cliché of the unpopular, awkward and supernerd protagonist somehow having that one extremely hot female friend.
What if she's got oral thrush
I want to give her an oral thrust. With my dick. :sex101:
I find Hollywood conversations hilarious, I mean the type of conversations in movies and shows where a character says whatever they want then walk off/hang up mid-conversation after saying something cool/witty. [editline]12th October 2015[/editline]
When the elite mercenaries in Jurassic World walk into the tall grass and get massacred by raptors like the last set of elite mercenaries 10 years before. When militaries are shown as evil brainless people with guns, running and shooting things instead establishing actual strategies. What's that ? The whole army of the United States got wiped by aliens ? No worries, that nerd managed to kill them all with the help of his goofy sidekick and his ex-wife.
unnecessary stunts in action movies. Like when characters do random flips when they are chasing someone. like this https://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video/B2h0SvmCIAAsjl8.mp4
when the protagonist gets in a car and it refuses to start
