I hate Florida, it it isn't the humid heat its the damn bugs. Ugh. Never ending summers man.
So I live in Culver City (real close to Los Angeles), California. It's currently 109 degrees here.
Thousand oaks here, we have 2 fires right now. One is near me and the other is near my school. :colbert: Stop bitchin.
I hate California schools. They are outdoors and they canceled practice for everyone since it was so hot. So there for 6th period we crammed maybe 80 of us into a class room. And then the power goes out ten minutes in. So we spend 40 mins in a blazing hot room cooking from the sun and body heat from dozens of kids. And we had to stay quiet because all of the near by classes were in session Good day.
San Diego - 97 F At least I'm not in Las Vegas or Cambodia.
God I love/hate Cambodia weather. In the cities, it's so god damn hot and humid, when I went it was 102 F and the humidity was like 90%. Worst day ever. But rain forests and beach are fucking awesome. It's awesome there because the rain is pretty warm and feels so soothing. Swim in the beach + rain = best feeling ever. I got literally got like 120 mosquito bites though. So many on my ass. Don't go in the porti potties. That's where they get ya. :ohdear:
95 in Carlsbad, CA 92011 I think we have the coolest weather since I'm so close to the beach. The city over, Oceanside, was like 104.
Its hot and humid down here in Georgia, just got done with a bad storm and I just had football practice. Shits not fun.
Hot and humid? What part of Georgia are you from because it was pretty chilly today but it did warm up a little after it got done storming.
75 Here in Brisbane, Australia and its 8 am, summer is gonna be shit.
In Australia we say degrees Celsius.
90815, lots of driving in a black car with no air conditioner :saddowns:
Man, tomorrow's supposed to be hot as hell also. I'll just go wearing sandals and boxers :dong:
Not sure if it was brought up yet, but today was the hottest recorded day in LA. Jesus fuck.
It felt like I was melting :gonk:
104 in Santa Rosa, CA. Had to work outside for about 7 hours... got a wicked sun burn.
57 Degrees Fahrenheit, 14 Degrees Celsius in Cookeville, Tennessee where I am. I am happy, it was the first day I got to wear my jacket -- my new one.
You wear a jacket at 14C? Gosh, 14C isn't cold at all damn it. It's a weather to wear shorts and tee. Currently 12C here.
That's pretty much how it feels in Memphis, TN all summer. So I feel your pain.
Wash your face a lot and smear some water over your arms to cool you off. I hate when I get really hot, sit down at my desk for two hours, then get up and wonder if anyone can see the sweat that I can feel on my ass. IDK if it gets past my denim jeans. I also wonder how hot it is in Afghanistan.
Hurricane? Thank god.
Pretty much, but the rain tends to flood the city a bit. As for mosquito bites, I used some sort of electric tennis racket I got from the only clean mall in the city.
So, you Khmer or you just visit/live there? Ha I love those Swat things. Me and my friends used to disable as many flies as possible, put em on top of the racket while they were still alive and just hold down the zap button. Good times.
