People in this thread don't know what "that no body else seems to like" means. For example, everyone loves the Alien films, District 9, Terminator 2 and LOTR. Quite a lot of people liked 9, as well.
On topic, I really enjoyed Eagle Eye, which got absolutely puked on by critics.

Great movie that one.
Fuckin' Hancock, no one I know seems to like it.
Wall-E. Seriously, no one in my family liked it and everyone else just says "yeah, it was cute" or "it was boring".

It was largely praised though, but yeah Wall-E was really awesome, touching and funny. Pixar did it again.
On topic, Independence Day, Daddy Day Care and Plan 9 From Outer Space.
Terminator: Salvation
Transformers, c´mon, why do people hate that one?
Scarface, a lot of people i know hate it, its my favorite!
and Independence Day!! Will Smith kicking some big alien ass!!
Roy Anderssons Sånger från andra våningen (Singer from another floor) and Du Levande
I tought they were absolutely awesome.
But my classmates didn't think so :o
10000 B.C.
Thought it was pretty good despite the fact that it bears absolutely no resemblance to anything that ever occurred in actual history.
Knowing.
Three and Out.
It failed as a comedy, but I think the movie posters gave the wrong impression in the first place (it's not nearly as funny as all the trailers and stuff make it out to be.)
I really enjoyed it. And the bit near the end was sad as hell. It starts to become less and less about cheap laughs and more and more an exploration of euthanasia near the end.
Death race. So what if it has zero bearing on reality, it was pretty much non-stop action and had Jason Statham.
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs... I dunno what anyone thinks of it yet, but damn, I'll admit I had to wipe my eye in a cool fashion without anyone noticing at the end.
Jumanji
Kickin it old school

100% historically inaccurate AND a shitty movie.

Transformers 2
Hancock
Knowing
I thought that Equilibrium was really good, even though it got awful reviews.
Cloverfield
Never Back Down =D I know other people like it but it didn't receive enough 'like' IMO.
The game(The movie from '97, people hate it because of that stupid meme D: but it's fucking awesome)
I love this movie simply because of how many questions it raises about the predictability of human behavior. I think the ending would have been better if [sp]Michael Douglas actually did shoot his brother out of being driven to insanity, and then committed suicide by jumping off[/sp]. I think it would have had a much greater impact.
One of my favourite movies is Three Kings, I haven't seen anyone else talk about it that much.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY on earth other than me has seen 1984. This movie is absolutely amazing.
You just like it because you get to see the flat-chested chick naked.
I've never laughed so hard when she's all, "let's go back into the forest, it's safer there."
I swear, that was definitely sexual innuendo.
Tim Burton's Batman movies
