schnibbles I lost a fuckton of weight (mine was 2 1/2 stone and I think heigou lost loads too..). It's all about: calories in and calories out. You obviously don't want to work to lose some, so are busy trying to work out how to get in the least. Lazy. It's not the way to do it. You should be running or biking each day and should be in the gym 3 days a week. It's easy once you start it. I'm not saying go full-out each day, just try and do something. Then it doesn't matter if you eat a little bad now and again, or eat something healthy but not as healthy as another thing. TLDR get your priorities right and go and workout/run. I think it's great you both lost a lot of weight. I gain around 43 to 45 lbs and shed 40 lbs annually. This year, I went from weighing 180 lbs and cut down to 135 lbs in 4 and half months. That's 2 lbs a week. I continued with my regular training and I added 30 min HIIT, bike sessions 3 to 4 times a week when I stopped losing weight at the rate I wanted. My diet is not impeccable.
Cutting is way easier than I ever thought it would be. When I want to shed unwanted pounds I jump rope for 4 two minutes sets. As for dieting, drink a shitton of water and milk and eat loads of green vegetables (my preference is brussel sprouts, broccoli, and asparagus). I replace all my protein needs with canned tuna and precooked chicken. And don't forget 'bout the fiber, son, brown rice. Bam, lost 10 pounds without losing any strength. Got cut as fuck. This was back in June, of course, so the seasonal speed-up in metabolism could have played a role.
I do want to lose a bit of fat but I really haven't worked out enough to cut :v: its all on my arse [editline]9th August 2013[/editline] and goddamn thighs
I lost around 45lbs last summer just eating peanut butter sandwiches and lifting heavy. It's easier than people make it out to be.

Pretty much, you could lose weight on fucking twinkies as long as you're still at a caloric deficit.
