mix up a couple tablespoons of peanut butter, a nice dollop of honey, throw in some raw oatmeal and mix well. If you are feeling saucy, cut up an apple and toss it in. This makes for an extremely delicious healthy snack. Eat it with a spoon or a fork.

Eh? This is just a bagel with an egg over easy. I make these pretty often when I'm drained for energy.
Another awesome dish you could try are my cheap-ass banana fritters.
I'm not sure what they're called in the US but here we have these short and fat banana called "Saba", you guys could probably use normal bananas too.
1. Grab around 3-5 bananas, mash em up until they're paste.
2. Scoop 2 tablespoons or so of flour.
3. Pour around 1/3 cup of milk and mix till you have this dough-like mixture.
4. Roll them up into rolls and deep fry
5. Put fried fritters in a container with cinnamon and brown sugar and shake it up to evenly coat them.
6. NOM NOM NOM
if you make it over easy then you don't need the ketchup.
Boiled Eggs.
you NEVER add ketchup to eggs. never.
Some full English's need some good Egg and Ketchup
Heinz
Non of that cheap bullshit
Omelette: (literally five minutes)
2 tablespoons water
1 nut(AKA large teaspoon) of butter
Salt and pepper
2 Large Eggs.
Ham/Cheese(Optional)
Mix the water, salt, pepper, eggs, and ham/cheese in a large jug. DO NOT WHISK. Beat until all clear watery spots are gone or atleast most are gone
Put the butter in a frying pan and heat until melted and frothy but NOT browning.
Pour in egg mixture. After a few seconds get a spatula and lift the cooked edges and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath
Once it's become mostly solid you can either: Flip it over(I'd reccomend this buut it's really up to you) to cook the top. Or simply serve it.
Serve on a warm plate with sauce of your choice and eat in a few minutes or it will go cold and horrible.
