Instaban's got its ups and downs, but I'm more against it than for it. While it could cut down on fools, it would also cause problems for the normal sort. It seems easier and more convenient for both mod and poster to simply net the bilge manually, rather than filter out the good guys that were banned for an accidental combination of words.

A system that flags posts that would normally be instabanned. Moderators can review the flagged post (automatic reported post?).

Facepunch is delayed in responses by 3 seconds. Sometimes causing it to click when I dont want it to.
I know its facepunch, it dosent do it anywhere else.

Sounds ace, I'd have no issues with something like that. Key words and phrases to autoreport would help to sort through things quite nicely. It's even better-sounding than the current reporting feature, which I usually forget we even have.
I throw my support behind AutoReport.

I'd say keep it ambiguous so trolls can't intentionally avoid key words. Plus, the fear of saying something stupid should keep a few people on edge, at least.
