Comp, dunno if you're on it or what (I can't be arsed to read 30+ pages), but when are we going to have the Message Editor Interface (Full WYSIWYG Editing) back??
He said that he will use the WYSIWYG that comes with VB4.1 when it's released (hopefully soon). For now, you'll have to sick with plain text.
Still not getting help
The timelisting is supposed to be down here. But otherwise, it's okay, unless the rest of the screen is fucked up.
Oh nevermind. Seems this happens when you have two control panel tabs open.
Compwhizzi, where the fuck are my post editing buttons. its just a text box, even the "advanced" editor.
Fix it so I can actually use it on this compter. (IE)
What version
Hey, compwhizii, not sure if you caught these, but I have suggested several minor display glitches (footer not at bottom, the hiding ratings in IE, etc). Do you want me to repost these, or are they in the next revision that's getting pushed to the servers?

Having to readjust every single thing for IE seems like a waste of time.
Just don't fix it for them. They'll learn eventually.

It appears to want to handle certain properties in it's own way as compared to other browsers, though. Heh, just had a fun experience with the quick quote reply on Chrome [img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/19611720655b905d2325be29bad385bb.png[/img_thumb] It went away when I did a select all, and tapped the horizontal scroll bar.

Whatever the latest IE is, it looks kind of nice. Calm, that is.
I'm not worrying about it too much since it's a beta
In the way IE treats the automatic width, it seems like the result is the result Microsoft was aiming for. The auto width on many browsers is very expandable, like there is no real restriction, while in IE, it tries to scrunch the contained elements into as little horizontal space as possible. I could be extremely wrong, but most browsers appear to more or less inherit the 50% of space allocated for the post controls. Removing the "width:auto;" doesn't appear to do much to any other browser, either. There is also the copyright bar, which is a quick fix.
.floatcontainer::after { content: '' !important; }
That was all that was required in Stylish, although you may want to more specifically point to the footer, because I'm assuming that that is there for a clearfix.
but video tags are cooler
They aren't. They are, in a matter of fact, totally un-cool. It's better to load just a box than a video, especially if you don't even want to watch that video.
well sorry for wanting options
well sorry for wanting options
Well, I'm sorry for taking bandwith and loading speeds into consideration. [editline]16th October 2010[/editline] No, wait, I'm not.
I think compwhizzi should put in a block out system for IE, display should be
No.
