Would it be possible to institute a thread limit for a set time? Meaning, user x (Violetta for instance) has made 4 threads in the three days in the same section. To prevent this from occurring, setting up a limit on threads within a certain amount of time. Perhaps the time limit could be based on status, gold member, mod, etc. This already exists doesn't it?

I was once unfortunate enough to witness a [I]tripple[/I] automerge post. I bring this up because I am concerned that the problem is getting worse and that we may soon be dealing with quadruple, quintuple or (god forbid!) sextuple automerge posts!!!

Whizii have you tried changing the script timeout in nginx?? It used to be fastcgi_read_timeout but i've not used it for ages so it may have changed.
