Also, we need smartness to get rid of dumb people.
I'm not so sure about instabans though. I remember some people who did absolutely nothing wrong getting banned because they used banwords in a context that didn't deserve a ban.

I noticed a long time ago that ratings were very influential. If someone made a joke and got rated dumb first, it would end up with like 10 dumbs and 1 funny. Ever since I've been rating myself agree's or what have you so that if someone else felt the same way about what I said they would rate me that, and I would have, say 2 agrees.
Ignore list seems broken.
