Yogurt or GoGurt - Granted is designed for kids with interesting flavors. Its still insanely good and I've been addicted to GoGurts for a few weeks now. I usually eat 2 at a time and always eat 2 before work.
Any kind of peanuts are a good snack. But they will only last you about an hour.

Crispbread with jam is a pretty easy solution. Find something you like and keep you full, and have light jam with no sugar on top just to cover up the boring taste. The great thing is that you don't need a frigde for the jam, and if you get a "squeezy" you've made a per-dinner in half a minute.
I find when I get hungry between meals a good cup of coffee helps. Of course for after dinner you may want to try decaf.
And here's me being a fat fuck eating crisps.
