1: I drink Coke/Guarana/Ice Tea every day and my teeth never changed and three dentists I visited said I had the most perfect set of teeth they have ever seen.
2: Weak Bones? I weight 54KG and I can lift my brother of ~65KG for more than 30 seconds
3: No, I'm rarely ever sick.
4: Obesity my ass, I'm WAY below the weight for my age. (17)
5: I don't drink Diet Soda.
6: I only had those symptoms when I had a fever of 39 Degrees Celsius.

Alright either everything you said in the OP is wrong or exaggerated or I have a super body. I drink 4 cans of soda each day, just went the to dentist and he said my teeth were great, no cavities. I dunno about the calcium because I also drink about 4 glasses of milk every day. My immune system is godlike I get sick like twice a year soooooo....that's probably wrong. The weight thing too, I'm 5'4" and weigh 107 pounds 'nuff said (No, I'm not 13, I'm just short.) The diet thing, diet soda tastes like unwashed dickhole anyway so I wouldn't know. If you dont want caffeine drink Sprite or caffeine free Pepsi.

They do, but it's only 2% less fat and it tastes like shit. I only drink non light milk like twice a year though.

The fats in milk are better for you then most fats, and whole milk is no worse for you then skim, it's actually better cause people don't tamper with it as much.

been drinking soda since i was a wee lad. never had any loss in calcium. no bone death. never contracted the flu... so... my immune system is fine. i weigh 160 punds... and as a 20 year old male, thats under weight. sure im addicted to caffeine, but i havnt had a soda in close to 6 days now and the withdrawals are NOT that bad at all. Headache and dry eyes, whoop to do. go get addicted to heroine and go through withdrawals... where did OP get his facts?

see? im not the only one. pop isnt exactly healthy, like its no substitute for water. still your body absorbs almost everything thats in that can and uses it in someway shape or form. people who have gotten kidneys blown and osteoporosis and other things "because of pop" obviously had pre existing conditions that contributed to it.

The best investment I ever made for my health was buying a water cooler, as it keeps a lot of water cold without the hassle of a cooler or bottled water etc. Anyways I never drank juice or soda or any sugared drinks except when at parties or at restaurants that don't serve water (fast food joints, mainly) and lost about 30 pounds in just 1 year.
