Lost 20 pounds just by cutting out soda. Wasn't too big to begin with but the 20 pounds made me skinny again. I've recently cut it out as part of my resolution and so far I feel awesome, but I've also made a complete dietary change.

2. My immune system owns, k. I almost never get sick, except for allergies.

Also for the weight one, I used to drink nothing but soda, so I cut down majorly, and lost 10 pounds.
But then it came right back within a week despite no other changes, so I doubt soda was the reason.
If people were to stop doing/eating everything that's unhealthy you could only eat 1% of the food drink only nonbottled water straight from the source, you wouldn't wear any clothes, and you'd have to import air from a rainforest or something.

I love Gatorade but soda is cheaper.
I used to drink a ton of pop, but now I drink almost exclusively juice if I want a sweet drink, shit tastes good.

I drink two pints of milk a day.
I can afford the deducted calcium.
Perhaps if some nice people made good tasting healthy drinks then i would stop killing myself until then however...

I used to drink soda regularly, but not really anymore. It's mainly tea/coffee. An odd glass of milk here and there.
I've opted for tea and water as opposed to soda.
Lady Grey hot tea is fucking delicious.
I quit "cold turkey" in June. Just decided to stop drinking it one day. That, with a bit of a diet and some moderate (30 min a day) exercise, I lost like 30 pounds in 2 months because I was so unhealthy before. Probably took in like 200 grams of sugar and 4000 calories per day before that. For reference, I was 5' 7" and I weighed around 171.

I have been drinking soda for years, and don't have a single cavity. All my physicals have come out clean aside from the heart tick I have (not caused by soda btw). I have never broken a bone, and I do some pretty rough activities. My teeth are perfectly white, and my I have a totally healthy mouth. Lastly, soda does not make you fat. I am 19 goddamn years old and weigh 120lbs. So your right soda must be terrible for you. Sure has ruined my life.
Also, some people are saying, "I am trying to stop drinking soda but it is just so good." Well, don't try to stop, because there is no reason to. Drink whatever the hell you want. Soda is not as bad as "scientists" make it out to be.

that was water weight, you stopped drinking as much fluid as you cut down on the fizzy drinks.
10lbs lean mass/fat does not gain or lose in a week.
Soda is poison. It causes acne too. Drink water instead.

I used to drink soda all the time, then I quit and started drinking water, milk, and 100% fruit juice.
Now I can't even drink soda. It tastes horrible in my mouth :ohdear:
