I doubt it's lactose intolerance that causes it. But it's true some people get acne from milk.
People get lactose intolerance from drinking too much milk, yeah ironic I know. It's usually a lot more than people would normally ingest though. The problem is the heat treatment of commercial milk destroys the lactase enzyme that is present in raw milk. Lactase is exactly what is added back into lactose free milk.
I always thought Gomad was fucking dumb, but you still should drink alot of milk, Preferably skim, doesn't really matter. I drink about a litre a day.
I never drink milk. Shit's gross yo
Ya'll are being derpmasters. One should only attempt GOMAD if he is a hardgainer with really a really low bodyfat level. The purpose is to thrust your body into the muscle-building environment that already exists in most average or fat people. If you do GOMAD, go balls-out. Whole milk is cheap and delish.

Well its just preference really. I mean Milks is easy to drink, doesnt require preparation. Its not retarded, its just a choice.
You're not on tren acetate, your body isn't going to use every single nutrient you try to shove down your guzzle.

I usually burn through half a gallon a day. But thats just because i love the taste of milk and drink a glass (2 cups) with each meal, and sometimes when im thirsty.

Whole milk.
Eww. I do like whole milk occasionally but how can you just drink that much regularly?
if you start from a really low body weight, half of the next ~50 kilos is muscle, the other half is fat easy for lazy skinny people who then cut and eat healthy [editline]16th October 2011[/editline]
This is gigantic load of SHIT. Nobody who actually knows what the fuck they are talking about would even dare contend that milk produces faster muscular gains than AAS. The mere fact that they are even trying to compare milk to something that changes your fucking HORMONES and chemistry is ridiculous.
Unless you're drinking soy milk instead of regular :V: the breast maximizer
Eww. I do like whole milk occasionally but how can you just drink that much regularly?
Its just so delicious and fucking fantastic. If im hungry enough for a small meal at home, ill usually get a big glass, with maybe a granola bar or scoop of peanut butter. Working well for me, gained around 16 pounds in 2 months so far, and im positive most of it is all muscle. err and water retention
Or you just use low fat milk for your protein. Sometimes it's good to accept the basis of the idea (more and easy-to-consume nutritions from (whole) milk)) and then slightly change it according to your needs. So if you have problem eating, or getting enough protein you can simply adopt the principle.
Drank a gallon of milk today, took a shit 4 times today.. No bueno.

Guy has a tendency to get fat around the facial area. It's not that horrible, if you choose to look at his entire physique and notice that not so much fat was accumulated all-around. Personally, I find it odd people all over are having difficulties with bulking. Easiest thing in the world.
http://i54.tinypic.com/726lj4.jpg Effects if GOMAD Dirtiest bulk i've ever fucking seen.
Fucking see? That dude has made literally fuck all progress for the amount of bodyfat he has gained. His training is probably for shit too, but I would bet money if he just followed a diet with a reasonable surplus, for the same amount of time, he would be in much better shape, and probably have made the same gains, if not more.

It's hard, but easy (Wut)
Don't count, eat. Doesn't matter, whether calories are missing or not, you will notice that in your training. Less things to bother with -the better. But, not all people have a body capable of utilizing the energy given to it in food form so perfectly. I got a pretty efficient system, so I can allow myself to eat whenever, whatever, with no excessive fat gained.
I know this isn't entirely on topic, but I know a lot of you guys don't beleive in long ass bulks. Two words motherfuck. George Leeman.

I just don't think bulking should mean "stuff your face until you have bitch tits and a pot belly".

Is that you or that bloke you guys were talking about?
Is that you or that bloke you guys were talking about?
same guy he basically got injured and couldn't deadlift/squat and as a result couldn't break the records in those lifts so he decided to cut. He was benching 405x20 at 17 and deadlifted and squatted about 850lbs.

In either case you really need to stop using this guy as an example.

He's the perfect example, honestly. He's the same dude who was fat as fuck. And inb4 well I don't want to become a super fatass like he was, you don't have to be. But I mean if your 5'11 and serious about lifting, why not bulk to 275 or 300? You can always cut.

You can always cut.
Yes, but the dude is a genetic freak (and/or chemical assistance, which isn't uncommon at all), ofc he is with putting up those numbers at motherfucking 17. So what I'm saying is, using him as an example of "here's what you can do with some nasty bulking" is a bad example, because not many people are going to make the same rate of progress as he did. And sure, if you're serious about lifting, and your sport is what matters to you most, eat your hole out and keep putting up bigger numbers. But let's be honest here, majority of posters in this forum are not looking to be competitive powerlifters, most want to first and foremost improve their aesthetics. Having high bodyfat levels is not only unhealthy, but doesn't help one bit when trying to attract women, and it's also actually somewhat inhibitory to progress. I have no idea where this whole "you need to get fat to get big fast" nonsense came from, because it's pretty baseless. You can't force feed the body into growing faster. I give props to the dude for ignoring societal hangups about body aesthetics and focusing intensely on his goals, but I'm not about to advocate the same approach for some scrawny kid who wants to improve his appearance.
I highly doubt this was done without substance. But, in terms of if it is humanly possible to use natural bulk to give yourself advantage in numbers on all major lifts - is absurd to me. even when given excessive amounts of energy to the body to dispose for any kind of hypertrophy, the process of cell multiplication or volumization, both, take a long time. That's why he got so fat. He got so fat because the body was not able to use the whole energy given to it. So, I highly doubt again, this was naturally. Getting fat is correlated way too much as a good bulk. You can bulk phenomenally even with gaining a maximum of 2kg your entire bulking season. For the sake of debate, I have been bulking for 2.5 years. But that's because my body is very loose when it comes to fat.
