I wish you guys knew his story, I'm about to go lift with him soon. He's had people tell him that for years on bodybuilding.com and how getting fat doesn't help, yet he proved everyone of them wrong.

I know all the guys you mentioned. Truly huge guys with a lot of good knowledge.
Still, knowing him will not be a sufficient reply to what I said above. It could have been made possible by numerous options (his mass and strength). Again, I stated my deductions. I highly doubt knowing him would solve that equation.
Also, is the guy 17? I'm confused right here.
a bulk is a bulk.
If your dirty bulking your still getting stronger, you just have to cut
its a personal choice.

while we're here id like to point out that i started drinking a quart of whole milk a day. it only works out to be like 600 calories. it wont make me a crazy fat lactose intolerant asshole because it's not as ridiculously overboard as gomad is but i still get the benefits of having a relatively easy, cheap, and healthy way to get those calories in.

I did this too, only disadvantage is the bloating and its not too pleasant on your digestive tract.
I've been sure to have a good diet besides that so I haven't had any problems like that.
I've always drank a fuckload of milk, I just love milk in general. This, on top of eating a lot, has gotten me pretty huge over the course of the ~yearish I've been lifting. That dude like 3 years ago was saying that milk will cause water retention, and well, thats a good thing when you're trying to build a lot of muscle really fast. It's exactly what creatine does, as your muscles NEED water, so if you have it on hand, you can build new muscle a lot faster. People ask me how I got so big so fast(just gotten a fuckload bigger in the past ~3 months since football) and I just say I eat a fuckload and drink a fuckload of milk and a lot of water.
It may not be the 'smartest way' but its easy as shit and works better since you dont even have to think about it.

Like I still have fat and stuff, but I dont care, I play offensive line in football, you need a bit of bulk on you just for sheer mass.

Saw a guy at Walmart put 5 gallons of milk in his cart the other day, it was an experience. He was already pretty big though, I've never known someone who has done it personally
