Dogs love their owners no matter what, are usually super friendly and playful, and are always adorable.
Cats are cute too I guess, but they're usually not as interested in chilling with their owners and having fun.
Dogs all the way.
Dogs.
I hate cats, the bastards keep me awake fighting.
cats
Cats are cute and clean so yeah.
I also like how gullegull is rating every cat lover dumb, ever heard of opinions?
I prefer cats
Dog, especially Boxers

you got confused between dogs and underwear it's a common mistake to make
I'm a cat person.
I would never get a dog. They are scary. And loud.
Boxers
I don't like boxers very much but I love huskies and retrievers and many working dogs like the Norwegian elkhound, collies and border collies.

Corgis and Corgi crossbreeds are best.
What I also like about dogs other then their loyalty is that they're so incredibly expressive. I can't think of any more expressive breed of animal (unless you want to count humans)
That's why communication works so well I think.
Cats are better because you can actually hold them and you can also do games such as move your hand under a carpet, and they actually play with you. Dogs just sit there and seem to not even know what's going on.
100th post fuck yeah
I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so I know it's the dam n truth when I say that cats are far lower maintenance, far cheaper, and can be just as affectionate as dogs. I love my dogs and all, but they're so much work compared to my cats. I hear people talk about how cats are snobbish or cold and uncaring and just want to leech off you, but my cats aren't like that. The one loves to talk to me and will randomly start meowing at me when I pass by her, and we can just sit there and talk and I'll pet her and she'll jump up against me and whatever for a good 15 minutes, several times a day. And both of them will sleep with me in my bed and the other one licks me like the dogs sometimes.
Comparatively, my dogs are loud and obnoxious, have to be taken out alot, are far more expensive to feed and take to the vet, etc.
Then again, it's far harder to play with my cats than my dogs, but because of the tiny and limited environment we live in now, we don't get to play with the dogs much as is.

But can your cat do this

There's an entire libary of reunions where they're incredibly enthused, but for some reason I just like that video best.
Fluffy dogs.
You say that cats don't require walking, but my last dog was lazy as hell, he was actually pretty reluctant to go on a walk.
I had two dogs (Had to be put down :c) and have two cats. I loved my dogs, but cats are just better, Apple is tiny and sweet, well, not to me, but to everyone else, and my cat Knoxx (Named that because he knocked everything over when we first got him, but I spell it like that for a certain reason.) loves to just sit in my lap, fall asleep with me, or just sit on my desk and watch me play video games.
I would post a picture of That Cat but it'd get my ass banned.
dogs, especially big dogs. Cats aren't fun and don't show affection to me like dogs I've had.

The only ones that really "require" walking are the bigger, athletic breeds
A lot of house dogs are content to lay around and be lazy like cats

The dog I was referring to was a greyhound. :v:
Dogs are pretty great, but I think cats are still better.
Both equally. I guess that's why I liked the show CatDog.
I prefer dogs. I like cats too but they don't do shit.
Cats are lower maintenance, a good size, don't chase cars, and tend to take care of themselves. All you need to do is provide a litterbox, clean water, and a stash of kibble, they handle the rest.
they can also retract their claws, so you don't hear a lot of clatter every time they walk through the kitchen.
Dogs, I don't like cats.
Dogs seem to like me more.
I like dogs, but a cat is fine too.
I prefer dogs. So here is a picture of my Shih-Tzu.
