I like lizards. Don't know if I'd want one as a pet though.
I have an African Gecko, lemme grab a picture! [editline]07:18PM[/editline] I love her eyes: She loves when you rub her neck. She close her eyes and press against your finger :3:

Can you make any suggestions on what species to add to the article or what to add on?
I have an African Gecko, lemme grab a picture!
Reminds me of my old Leopard Gecko...

[editline]03:04PM[/editline] Also you should update the info on the horned lizard/horned toad to note its defense mechanism... [sp]It shoots a jet of blood from its eyes when provoked.[/sp]
How about the Tuatara?
Those old-ass New Zealand lizards? Forgot about them, my friend has one. Posting it in now.
My gecko has severe problems clinging onto cloth nowadays. When she were younger, she had no problem climbing up my shirt. She barely finds any grip.
I freaking want an Axolotl. My little bro had a Uromastyx. Awesome little guy. Looked like a mix of a turtle and an alligator.
My gecko has severe problems clinging onto cloth nowadays. When she were younger, she had no problem climbing up my shirt. She barely finds any grip.
She needs better nutrition, try better food. Also, I'm back from ban (posting in ban-me).
I need to get a couple of lizards and try some "experiments." I shall cut off one or two of their legs and watch what they do. Those brown anoles are taking over the green ones, so I must avenge the green anoles!

Which are dicks. Either way don't be a dick to them.
Ahhh I miss my lizards, My Bearded Dragon Johnny died a month ago, and the Anoles 5 years ago.
You forgot the lizard that can save you 15% or more on car insurance.

Except the new money with eyes ones...
She needs better nutrition, try better food. Also, I'm back from ban (posting in ban-me).
Should I feed her with crickets instead of maggots?
Yeah, Maggots and Mealworms are like candy to a lizard, not really intended as the main diet. Are you dusting them with vitamins too? Pretty much any lizard can get metabolic bone disease too, which is from a lack of calcium, their body starts to reabsorb the calcium from their bones and they end up with nerve problems as a result. They can also have too much calcium, the extra calcium that they can't get rid of is deposited in their internal organs, turning them into living statues. Likewise with fat, their skin doesn't stretch like ours does, so when they get obese the fat strangles their internal organs and obese lizards live noticeably shorter lives. You have to be very considerate when you plan a diet for a lizard.
So, yay cricket, nay maggots? I think I'll take a trip to the town and buy some vitamin dust as well.
Well not nay maggots, they still make a nice treat. To dust the crickets just put em in a cup with a little bit of the vitamin in the bottom and shake it up, they just need a light coating.

This is the hottest lizard I've ever seen: [img_thumb]http://images2.fanpop.com/image/photos/9100000/lisa-v1x03-laura-vandervoort-9150937-1280-1024.jpg[/img_thumb]

Flying dragons= FUCKING AWESOME! Those guys are so cool. I want one as a pet.
The chick's from V, she's one of the alien lizard-things.
My aunt used to have a biggass lizard but she had a baby and she was afraid it would eat the baby so she got rid of it.
I found an Agamas near my house yesterday. But the type of Agamas that's here (Israel) is tiny.
I'm thinking of getting a lizard after my last amphibious frog dies out so I can take out the water and pebbles and put in a habitat more suitable for a land animal. What small, cheap lizards do you suggest. And I'll try looking for them.
Do your research before you buy any pet, it's your responsibility to ensure you give it a good home. Fail to do so and you're no better than the people who buy dogs then keep them chained up in a kennel all day. Not saying you won't but your post makes it look like you're looking for a throwaway pet reptile.
I want a pet lizard. One of the small ones,a gecko or a skink. Also, what is a skunk?
