Out of curiosity, do any other fp airsofters work out, like me? Or are at least active?[/QUOTE]
Usually friday's during school year i have PT Session with my JROTC Unit, Other then that i do minor work outs at home but i do alot of running usually. When it's bad out i'll use the treadmill.

I used to train tennis for six years, target shooting for one year and I still have a golf license.

You should tweeze them more at the middle and the end.
ok well i plan to start working out like... asap so i can be prepared for basic training and the military in general
tips tips tips foreskins and tips pls
Dont do like... 100 push ups at once. Do ~20, go run a quarter mile, do ~20 sit ups, run a quarter mile, do ~20 push ups, run a quarter mile, etc... This gives those muscle groups time to relax so that you can do more in one session.
I've been lugging around my backpack filled with a couple textbooks and binders like all day
it seems to be helping, i can jog for a lot longer with gear now

i carried my 20ish pound backpack erry day (not all day)
I took every book with me in my first year. The bag tore, twice.
Now I travel with a light backpack, only the actual notes for the classes + an umbrella since the weather is being a cunt lately.
i dont understand people who carry heavy fucking overcrowded backpacks.. im fine with my jansport pink cheetah backpack (im serious) and a few notebooks.. i left my textbooks at home for homework because in school, they just give us the textbooks for inclass shit
[editline]10th June 2011[/editline]
and yeah i only take what i need for the classes the day of school since i have 4 classes each day
Good, so you're not all sacks of fat crap.
In the last year i've radically changed my body, and now i have actually visible muscle. It's to the point where people actually compliment me. I'm still skinny so i'm not really building mass, but still.
Plus at work we were given new work shirts to wear for a while, they're tighter fitting and show off my arms. A few people have already complimented my physique.
Next up is to gain weight orderly and in a controlled fashion so i can build mass.
as for now:
WORK TIME IS GO TIME!

I used to be round. Now I'm less round.
What's best to build tone, not so much to bulk up but just to not have a bit of a belly anymore.
Really, college is even faster?

Hell yes, it compresses an entire year's worth of work into just one quarter or semester (so 1/3 or 1/2 the time). And the need to get food as quickly as possible between classes, on campus, which is all greasy fried shit, has caused me to become a lazy fatass, necessitating a workout regimen for this summer. The problem is that the weight gained puts more stress on my back, so I run a mile or two and then have to stop because my lower back hurts like a sonofabitch. Pro tip: Don't get to this point in the first place. I'm definitely going to be smarter with food and exercise next year...
i dont eat lunch at my school, only in the morning i just grab some hot chocolate and a burrito and thats my breakfast because i dont have time to eat in the morning before school
So...I might be moving to New York. Actually, it's more of a 'probably' more than a 'might'.
I'd be in Spencerport/Brockport. Near Rochester.
I'd prefer Florida.
Florida is better. But NY might be nice. I love snow, and it's only a five hour drive to HVA where I can meet Asian Persuasion, DJ Dougie Doug, Nivek, Ivebo, and maybe even Slick. Though I would miss FL because everyone I know is down here. So it's a double-edge sword.

Please don't come.

You're the worst kind of people.
And I prefer the Southern Coast of the US.
