I only have some Beatles, almost all the albums. All Original. My Abbey Road even has Maggie Mae arranged by *Names of Beatles* That's rarer than the ones that just say Maggie Mae PD. Or maybe I have it reversed.

I'll keep an eye out
most notably Maiden Voyage and Head Hunters
No Herbie Hancock in sight, nor anything I jazz related I really wanted. I did find 3 Can CDs which I bought immediately, though, I probably shouldn't be posting about that here.

I was already spending plenty so I passed it up. [editline]02:59PM[/editline] I also saw Ege Bamyasi for a similar price
I want your record store. Damn.
It's an hour and 45 minutes away in san francisco, so not quite my record store. This is the second time I've bought music from SF. Amoeba is an awesome store.
There's about 5 places that sell CDs within a walking distance of my house and none of them has a single Can CD. I had to search the realm of eBay to get those fuckers.
Haha I asked the guy working there if they had any Can, and he said "I don't know, we don't usually get that band in," so we go over to the C section and dig through it and find Ege Baymasi, Future Days and Tago Mago. I nearly shit myself.
I know I would.
To follow this krautrock discussion, I can't believe I passed up buying Yeti by Amon Duul II on vinyl. It was like 14 bucks. I haven't even heard the album though.
I love Redscroll Records. They have anything anyone would ask for, and they're located 3 minutes away from me. I'm getting Maurizio Bianchi / M.B.* - Das Platinzeitalter sometime over the course of this week.

$21.00 Not bad.

I'm going to miss you VS-2 :frown:. Still, i'm pretty lucky to have 2 record shops withing 200M of each other.
I've got a few, my favorites being the 1950-60's shellac record of "I Don't Want to set the World on Fire", my set of Styx Albums (Cornerstones, The Grand Illusion, and Pieces of Eight), my Eagles live album, and a couple Billy Joel albums (The Stranger and Glass Houses) although I have quite a few (mostly 78's) including an album from the Red Army Choir.
I have managed to acquire my parents old music collection, I have a large box full of 12" (under the chair in the picture) and two smaller boxes full of 7" (next to the turntable). Turntable's a Linn Axis, I have that running into an old Sharp Gf-9595 boombox. Just got some new records Sweet's first album Deep Purple's Machine Head (with original lyrics poster) Accept's Kaizoku-Ban (Live in Japan) Blue Oyster Cult's first album
Ordered a copy of DJ Shadow's Endtroducing, cost me £20 for a second hand copy. This is something I've wanted to buy for a long time. I'd really like a copy of Amon Tobin's Supermodified, but prices start at about £35-40 but can exceed £100. [editline]03:25PM[/editline]
How do you guys clean your records?
One of the best things to use is PVA wood glue. The PVA is so similar to the make up of the records (I don't think this will work with shellac records) that it doesn't bond. What you do is, cover the record in PVA glue, leave to dry, then just peel off. It lifts any dirt on it straight off.
Picked up KC's Red today.
Right now mine is pretty small. Mostly just vinyl only stuff or they have extra songs. I got 7" Furdidurke - Native 12" Thorr's Hammer - Dommedagsnatt Mudhoney - The Lucky Ones (This also had a untitled bonus 7") Sunn O))) - Dømkirke Om - Live In Jerusalem Wolves In The Throne Room - Two Hunters
Yeah, today I'm going to buy a neat t-shirt/record set. It's a preorder so I don't know if the shirt and record will arrive separately, or if both will be sent out by the release date.
Anyone have any Doors albums on vinyl?
Found this original at work. Has a few scratches, definitely not mint, but plays ok. I also have a few original Beatles albums, not in very good condition, but playable. The White Album, Let It Be, Beatles 65'. Also, Cheech and Chong's first album, Queen's "News of the World", The Rollings Stones "High Tides and Green Grass" and AC/DC's "Flick of the Switch". Also bought My Morning Jacket's "Evil Urges" and Radiohead's "In Rainbows".
I've got the White Album, it's pretty much mint; but I still like to listen to it every so often.
