Uh what the fuck are you talking about.
The one(!) time I had a problem it was resolved in 10 minutes from me posting a support ticket. You're saying steam doesn't have support because honestly noone uses it. Everyone's happy.

Steam support has been pretty slow and only of limited help for me, but I think it's because I'm from Germany. I got to insert my correct location for transaction purposes etc, but I always set everything to English and write everything in English in the hope of not having to talk to some outsourced German agency that barely has an idea of who their client is... :v:
I wish nationality didn't matter so much. Tons of games and websites censored because of it, too.
