If the guys were building your house and they decided to build a garage and shed too, you would expect to get those with the price of the house. Then you could go out and buy a pool for the house later.

Assuming the garage and shed were on the lot when I bought the house then I damn well would expect access to it, but if it's released later on then that's another thing. That'd be adding on to what I have as opposed to being denied access to part of what I already own.
