Technically they're Dolphins, or Toothed Whales, or even Medium Whales, Being that they reside in the same superfamily as what everyone would call a "Dolphin" Calling one a dolphin is not technically wrong, but I think in the case of this picture it would've been more proper to call it a whale, to avoid confusion.
If you're a cetacean you can either be a baleen whale (like a humpback), or a toothed whale(like a sperm whale). If you're a toothed whale you're either a whale, dolphin, or porpoise. If you're a dolphin you're either a dolphin(like a Bottlenose) or possibly a medium sized toothed whale (like the Beluga and Orca). If you're none of these things you might just be a porpoise. Most of them are technically dolphins, but all of them are technically whales also.
The phylogeny of the toothed whales is a cluster-fuck.
