90s kid refers to somebody who was a kid in the 90s.
So somebody born after I'd say 1996 isn't a 90s kid because they don't even remember it.
So many people attribute certain things to the 90s when they were mostly in the early '00s, like Courage the Cowardly Dog (Nov 1999-Nov 2002).
But then I think younger kids take it to mean "Anybody born in the 90s!!!!" and suddenly Chowder is a 90s cartoon. (2007-2010)
Some real 90s cartoons take it to the extreme in that they ended in 1999 or early 2000. (Cow & Chicken, I R Baboon) and then there's stuff liek Ren & Stimpy... :words:
