Lack of belief in a god, it can still be applied to an ideology, both religious and political.
In fact, atheism can be an ideology itself- the purposeful rejection of religion on principle is ideological.

Also that "lucky" picture, the photos look too high quality for 1960s soviet then-Yugoslavia. Although they're probably just 'illustrations' since closer inspection seems to reveal an Indian train (Confirmation, Pakistan, 2007), military aircraft, modern city bus and random car on fire
Oh and having been, Dubrovnik doesn't have a train station.

An atheist ideology is rejection of the concept. An anti-theist ideology is rejection of the practice or beliefs surrounding theism.
An atheist would reject there's a god. An anti-theist would say that religions and religious practice should be abolished.
