Happened to me today, I thought this guy was pretty cool. Turns out that it not so.

(And just to clarify, that "Depends what kind of bullying it is." refers to when you make a simple comment that was not really intended to be mean or bullying and the person thinks it's bullying and even if you apologise and say that you didn't mean to get them upset they still get angry.)
