I seriously wonder if that ever hurts his feelings, I mean obviously he knows it's a joke, but I wonder if it ever gets to him. Very cool he's been doing something about it though, as it could easily manifest into a health issue if not taken care of.
I once remember watching a video here on Facepunch where some dumb kid was playing on a server with him in TF2, and actually cracked a fat joke over the mic directly to him. How rude. His response was very reserved, but it's not nice.
