Reddit isn't a bad community. It really isn't. But people give it too much credit. If I want the "happenings of the internet", Reddit isn't my first choice for news on that issue, at all.

I don't hate Reddit. I just think that, as an aggregate, Reddit is derivative by nature. You can get pretty much the same news from The Daily What or somewhere else.

I enjoy Reddit mainly for the stories, like IAmA or AskReddit.

Some kid in my class dropped some on his hand to see what it was like. It was "moderately irritated" after a bit, but nothing too bad. My guess is that it's common to dilute it.

I've used industrial drain cleaner at work to unclog someone's sink, and we didn't have rubber gloves on hand at the time, so all the cuts I had on my hands were on fire and I got rashes up my arms. At least we got the lady's sink unclogged though..
