Compatibility with what exactly, the browser?

Assuming you watch movies from inside the browser and not a separate program, it has to work through Flash/HTML5 or something, which I'm pretty sure all modern browsers support, so I see literally no reason to restrict operating systems, only browsers

Even then it's bullshit, the user should worry about compatibility, not them
