Balloons. Specifically, balloons popping, but even being around a bunch of balloons makes me uneasy.
Having my friends or family doing shit to help me in my life when I'm doing OK on my own
True immortality.
The fact that at some point in time, everything will cease to exist. No more stars in space. Black holes dying out. Just, nothingness. If you were truly immortal, you would be the last thing left. You would literally have nothing to do.
If you were immortal you'd probably have the time to make or receive a device that allows you to travel to other universes, so don't worry

Pretty sure by then you can just rip a hole into a new universe. Bam, new universe. Except now you have to face yourself. Holy shit this is getting too meta that's actually pretty terrifying
I'm terrified of stuff happening to your body against your will, like someone forcibly amputating a limb. Body horror stuff, too. I can't even watch movies like Saw or the Human Centipede, seeing the previews scares me enough.
Elevators.
Fuck elevators.
Being paralysed from the neck down. Hell even the waist down. Would rather die
FUCK THAT SHIT TO HELL
Suffocation.
I never like sharing this one for some reason.

It's probably a common fear. The heart attack after a balloon popping is not a nice feeling.
Mirrors.
I always feel like some scary shit's gonna be in the reflection.

I'm definitely afraid of that.
well if that's an "uncommon" fear then i don't know what to say
Silence and elevator.
Escalators.
I watched someone lose a finger when I was like four. It sucks because they're EVERYWHERE.
I'm not afraid of them but I definitely make sure I have a really good grip on the sides just in case, under the stairs its just a huge set of moving gears, fuck that
big flowered plants

PAPER CUT IN YOUR EYE
The ocean. Just knowing that we only know a small fraction about what's in our oceans is scary enough, but the idea of being stranded in the ocean? Fuuuuuuuuuck
I know that the actual movie "Open Water" wasn't very good, but seriously, just seeing some of the teaser posters for that movie are enough to make me feel extremely uncomfortable. Like, just imagine being out in the middle of the ocean, alone and at least 100 miles away from shore, being completely restricted to seeing anything but more water for what seems like forever. And it's getting dark.

old people
I have this weird fear where anything that has a point to it and is facing me will all of a sudden just thrust into me (i.e. pencils, knives), so I have to go out of my way and face it the other way. It bothered me a lot more when I was younger, but it lessened over time.
I still get the feeling every now and then.
Having my throat cut or being murdered in my own house.

Had that with "will find its way into my eye" a bit when I was younger, weird feeling
Building off of other people, water. Not the water you drink, but water in lakes, oceans etc. When there is stuff in there I might never know about, the feeling of seaweed along your leg just freaks me the fuck out. Deep water is also terrifying, imagine just appearing 200 ft below the surface of water, where it is near pitch black, strange objects like seaweed and corals all around you, you somehow swim to the surface, and you see that there is no land for hundreds of miles.
Somewhat redundant, but I just had to get it out there.

Thalassophobia is probably one of the most common fears, I don't think it belongs in this thread.

You pick this up from wikipedia, but I always hear from people who are not able to play games because of how they have deep sea segments in them.

I second this, I stopped going to these after my friend got hurt while sliding in one, some faggot stuck a razor blade there, they had to reconstruct everything.
I'm never going to water parks again, ever.

Get on my level scrub.
Open water.
I am fine near the shore but when all you see for miles and miles around is open water, then I get REALLY scared.
And old b/w photos like this one:
