You know those little strap on chairs that people get for babies? One of those with an engine, a mounted gun and en-suite toilet facilities.
unicycle with a heat-seeking missile launcher and hovering capabilities
Wasn't this a real concept that they actually started production on but never finished?
No it was proposed but they scraped the idea as they knew it would be basically a large target for Allied Bombers.
That car from borderlands. Except the infinite rocket launcher on top of it.

Just so I can get back in time and avoid the apocalypse.

That's luxurious as hell. I'd jizz everywhere the moment I enter it.

With a cutting torch and other supplies, I could make one of these things a pretty damn good apocalypse survival vehicle. Like, cut a hole from the cab to the tank, open the filling valves to allow fresh air flow, maybe even cut some gun slits. Yeah.

Yeah.
One problem, though: you are absolutely fucked if you have to trek through hilly terrain or large amounts of rubble. In that case, you are on your feet. Well, you could fit a bicycle in the thing... Also I think along with my awesome main armored vehicle, I will be towing a two, three, or four seater dune buggy behind me. That buggy is going to have armor plating, a cargo container, cargo baskets on the sides like military DPV's have, a shotgun in one of the baskets, a bugout bag in the back, a police vehicle spotlight, and a mounted weapon on the right half or the top of the frame if there is room for someone to stand in the back. Although it would be nicer in the front if I can only fit one firearm to mount, so that I will not have to stop driving while shooting. Maybe slow down a little to maintain control of the vehicle, but not stop. I'll have a bunch of other shit on it. Anything you can think of that would fit on a dune buggy that would aid in survival.

A really big SUV, loaded to the brim with lots of guns, armor plated, and with big tanks for water and a cargo hold. A battering ram in front, along with flame throwers attached to the bottom so I can pull a switch and fry anything next to it. I'd love a zombie apocalypse, as long as the zombies are cliche slow zombies, not fast zombies.
a tank
An old Toyota Hilux with a Steel storage box in the back filled with Supplys. Just me and the road...
One of those car thingamatics
Simple and efficient, 'tis all you need. Well, in realistic terms, probably a dune buggy they sell at a nearby store along with some light armor plating. But what would be awesome is a huge school bus armored with big plates of metal, and a hollowed out back to allow dune buggy/motorbike parking. And gun ports, of course.

The carrier will be our main base. I call F-18 and a big ass helicopter for my personal use btw.

I'd want a base-truck, like the ones you start with in the red alert games. just give it some guns and a greenhouse and I'll be set to lead my own group of survivors
