as cliche as the intro is I still love this
I really want to rate this friendly but, for some reason Facepunch isn't letting me rate posts. But honestly, this is a song that really hits me in a personal way. A lot of my close friends have either considered committing suicide or attempted to. Thankfully, out of the people who attempted it, none of them succeeded and all of them are incredibly happy with their lives now. But I remember hearing this song being played at one of my (formerly) severely depressed friends houses on repeat and since then it's been one of those songs that reminds me of the hardships that a lot of people that I know, and a lot of people across the globe have experienced.
It's just another one of those songs that helps remind me of how much of an impact music can have on people and the way they feel.

God, where do I even begin with this? This arabesque always manages to bring a tear to my eye.
I always associate it with the hot summer days I'd spend at my great-grandmother's house. There was a certain, innocent childish warmth to those days, with not a worry in mind. I can recall often listening to my great-grandmother's stories and anecdotes, with all of her seemingly infinite wisdom and wit. I can recall looking up at the towering sun-bathed tome-filled bookshelves, or even playing with the lazy and ever-lovable cats. Yet, what most sticks within my mind was the backyard, its cobbled paths lined with flowers, fruits, and vegetables, all ending at the banks of the winding river. Grandmother and I would just sit out there on a bench, watching the river flow by, discussing whatever a child my age would be willing to discuss before retiring to the shady porch for some fresh lemonade. Little did I know it then, but my great-grandmother stood as a quiet example of what I aspire to be in character, in many ways. I certainly miss her dearly, as I have never encountered another person quite like her, and I often doubt that I ever will.
Just rambling a stream of conscious thought. Perhaps much of it is simply nostalgia, but when I think of those days at my great grandmother's house, there's a certain untouchable mystique and wonder to it all, the likes of which is missing from my life today.
Also posted in that best ending songs thread, still relevant.

This is super sad on the normal route. I say normal because I only just discovered there's actually a "True" ending to the game so I gotta get around to that.
