i went to bed at 11 Pm. i lay down and start to dream. i wasn't quite asleep yet. i was having lucid thoughts still. all of a sudden. somethings happens suddenly in my dream. a guy was walking in the background, then he all of a sudden flips on his head. i spasm for a second before i sit up. frightened. what the hell? i got frightened over that? is this normal. i look at it now. and it doesn't give me any fright. explanation?
too much GMOD man..
oh god this so happens to me a shitload just think about yourself walking and tripping
This happens all the time to me. I'll be laying in bed thinking about ice-skating or something, and then all of the sudden I fall and I shake crazilly. Then I go, "ga! wha? Oh, cool" Also someone said something about a cramp, I got one a while ago. I rolled over on my couch wrong, and got one right in my right calf. Hurt like a son of a gun. I felt it all day.
Sometimes when I fall asleep at school I will jump really hard when I wake up as if scared by someone. Then everyone stares at me :saddowns:
Very rarely, I am in a half-asleep position and feel like I just dropped about a foot, though without physically moving. What is this?

It's called a hypnic jerk.
