The Shawshank Redemption No movie can make me shed a tear but this one.
Surprised no one said Toy story 3. Was a good part of my childhood
Toy story 3 came out this summer, which makes you still a kid?
Toy story 3 came out this summer, which makes you still a kid?
He most fucking obviously meant the toy story series
Not a movie, but: Six Feet Under is the most emotional show series I have ever watched. I've cried so much over this series.
I haven't seen many movies that made me feel any emotion. But I did cry in Bridge to Terabithia when [sp]that girl died, I can't remember how though[/sp]. I was pretty little when it came out.
Big Daddy. Yes, the Adam Sandler movie. No movie has ever brought me closer to tears.
1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2. Schindler's List 3. American History X 4. The Road 5. District 9
forrest gump

When Wilson died in Cast Away :saddowns:
Poor Wilson. That was sad
In no particular order: Requiem for a Dream The Lion King Truman Show Castaway (Wilson!) Click (wasn't that great of a movie, but had a very sad part)
Also when Sam died in I am Legend :crying: And Shawshank Redemption, Green mile, etc
Dude, it came out 3 years ago.
Oh. Well 11 is still a very young age.
The Iron Giant.
Marley And Me.
Definitely this.
Any movie where a dog dies. Old Yeller, I am Legend, Marley and Me. I am Legend made me shed manly tears. And toy Story 3. And Forest Gump.
Sponge Bob Square Pants: The movie 'nuff said
Schindlers list and Saving Private Ryan.
My top 5 1. Mr. Nobody 2. Terminator 2 3. The Day After Tomorrow 4. Next 5. Contact
1: Toy Story 3 2: Forrest Gump [sp]ending gets me every damn time[/sp] 3: Up 4: Wall-E 5: The Green Mile.
Toy Story 3.
Oh and the ending of Blood Diamond to anextent.
About The Green Mile: The book should be read first (as with any movie based on a book), but not because its better, but because the movie mirrored the book almost perfectly. It makes you appreciate the movie more.
The book should be read first (as with any movie based on a book),
although I see your angle I disagree with this In many cases movie adaptations bring new found interest in the original book that it otherwise would not get and it's not like when somebody learns about a movie that interests them it's reasonable for them to think "well I better read the book first"
forrest gump
Forrest Gump was a masterpiece. Saw it yesterday on the History Channel. It's too good for words.
What the fuck has the History channel become.
2 off the top of my head are The Green Mile and The Truman Show (watching it right now). [editline]10:05PM[/editline] Oh and the ending for Click.
It just simply sets you up and then it drops you from such a high place.
