The Shawshank Redemption. The rooftop scene gets me every time.
District 9 was also... just depressing.
Which is the rooftop scene? Where andy wins everybody a beer?

That'd be it
the karate kid (2010) did make me cry at that part when [sp]jackie aka the maintenance man re-builded the car once a year and then destroyed it like a re-make of a tragic accident that happened[/sp]
No one else is feeling Homeward Bound? Really? It is just me? poor shadow.
My Dog Skip
Toy Story 3
I thought Big Fish was emotional for me, I don't know if the movie is as good anymore than when I first saw it when I was younger. I remember it being amazing and emotional for me though.
And also Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade where they ride off into the sunset, my favorite series of movies of all time.
I cried during Spider Man 2 when Doc-Oc died. Is that bad?
1.) Man on Fire: The song at the end gets me every time.
2.) Shawshank Redemption: "I doubt they'll kick up any fuss. Not for an old crook like me."
3.) Up: Just all of it.
4.) The Iron Giant: "Suuuupeeermaaan."
5.) Grave of the Fireflies: I literally couldn't get out of bed for three hours after watching it. I bawled my eyes out, hated humanity--and eventually poured rum over ice cream and watched My Neighbor Totoro to recover. I think Ebert calls it the "profoundly human" piece of animation he's ever seen by quoting another well-known critic who said the same thing.

Oh my god I loved those movies.
So much.
Now I must buy them!
Disaster Movie. When it started.
I shed a tear on a few Star Trek TNG episodes, notably on the last episode goddamn
Probably because I got so used to them, and I watched it every day; it was like a part of me.

[*]Wall-E
[*]Deep Impact
[*]The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
[*]The Time Machine (2002)

I wanted to be a little unconventional here, and include movies that are joyous and otherwise not likely to be picked. I must give special mention to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, because it's just so intense near the end, I won't really spoil it- but heck, that's what you have spoiler tags for, eh?
[sp]As he fails to find his place in the world, he drifts off into the arctic sea and lights his float on fire, killing himself.[/sp]
It's amazingly well done.
As an aside, I didn't really find The Time Machine that emotional until the end. Something about the subtle imprint Alexander left on the world-
[sp]Philby ends up throwing away his bowler hat in a fit of non-conformism.[/sp]
-It just makes me well up.
1. The Pianist (amazing by the way)
2. Forrest Gump
3. I am Legend (the whole dog part got to me)
4.Gran Torino
5. Shawshank Redemption
Radio (how has nobody said this yet?)
American History X
Gran Torino
Of mice and men
Rain Man
Looks fairly good.
Reminds me of this movie about racism in the US navy during WWII. Not that emotional, but gets a bit I guess. Especially when some white dude gets a medal the main should have. He's pretty much crying because he knows he shouldn't have it when the guy saved his life.
Oh yes, how could I forget Dragonheart? Man, dat ending. :')
Deep Impact and Contact.
Toy Story 3
Big Fish
300
Speed Racer <- No idea why, just the part at the end, when his dad is talking to him.
Click
Marley and Me <- My dog died the day it came out
Is it bad I could instantly think of more video games that have emotionally affected me than I could movies?
Jarhead
Se7en
8mm
Gran Torino
Forrest Gump
Big Fish
Into the Wild
Toy Story 3
Gran Torino
The Pianist

Just realized that my last post did actually make it through. This is a "revised" list, aka not containing pretty much what everyone has said already.
Is Marley & Me really that good and worth watching?
With good i mean, is it saddening?

Nice idea, Lynch has made more emotional movies though INLAND EMPIRE makes me choke up in places from sheer overwhelming.
Twilight: New Moon
Harvesting the optimistic ratings which I see a very plentiful during this season.
