The boy in the stripped pyjamas.
The whole end of the movie I was screaming in tears at the tv cause I could tell what was coming.
Can only think of Gran Torino.
Up by Pixar.
Forrest Gump.
Matrix: Revolutions.
1. Up
2. Toy Story 3
3. Forrest Gump
4. Pursuit of Happyness
Nothing else that I can remember has evoked real emotion from me. Except maybe Rent, but I was a pussy back then, and the scene where Angel dies is fucking depressing.
Is Marley & Me really that good and worth watching?
With good i mean, is it saddening?
the ending is very saddening
over half the movie theatre I was in was crying when it ended
The Fountain, Dead Man Walking, The Road, American History X, Forrest Gump.
I can't watch the Fountain without crying. The first time I watched Dead Man Walking, I not only cried, but tears streamed down my face more than they ever have done before.
Black Dynamite, can you dig it?
Lord of The Rings trilogy. Especially the last one. Made me shed several manly tears.
-Got to be Forrest Gump
No matter how many times I wach it, Im always able to squeeze out some manly tears...
-Requiem for a dream comes a close second.
-Wall-E
cant remenber more.
People posting movies like 300 seriously don't know what drama (or emotional I guess) is...
The Pianist
The only movies that even managed to make me tear up the slightest bit were,
Click (The ending, ffs that made me cry)
The Road (Such a touching movie man, had me holding back tears the whole way)
and The Green Mile (Everybody loves big, sensitive black guys)
Gattaca
[sp] when Doyle was burned to death [/sp]
I fucking hated that bit, he was a great actor, and they just kill him off in the middle of the film...
...thats one of the reasons i don't like watching it :frown:
I got a bit sad after the boy in the striped pyjamas but I am going to watch most of the films mentioned here
BAWWWWWWWWWWWW
I don't usually watch emotional movies so I don't have a top 5 but I saw Everybody's Fine and it was really sad.
Requiem for a Dream had me breakdown and call my own mum halfway through.
Click also brought tears to my eyes.
Pursuit Of Happiness
Remember Me (Yes it has Robert P. but he does impressive acting and it has a sad storyline)
Not really a top 5, but personally I found Click and the 2005 King Kong quite emotional.
End of the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
Inception - soundtrack + kaito + de caprio's acting = :saddowns:
Cube - just the sheer shock of when [sp]they all died[/sp]
Pursuit of Happyness - self explanatory
Dawn of the Dead (2004) - "I'll just stay here. Watch the sunrise.."
The Green Mile - the epilogue
Cube - just the sheer shock of when [sp]they all died[/sp]
What
What
Damnit, you made me click on it.
So far just;
5 Centimeters Per Second
Wall E
Moon. It's not too sad while you're watching it, but its depressing as shit when you start to think about it.
Also, Shawshank Redemption, for obvious reasons.
And the ending scene of Schindler's List
Dawn of the Dead (2004) - "I'll just stay here. Watch the sunrise.."
I shed a manly tear.
We had to watch Schindler's list in history back in high school and I was trying so hard not to start tearing up.
Terminator 1&2
I Am Legend
Futurama. I know it's not a movie, but I strongly identify with the main character, Fry. I'm just like him. A loser who wouldn't fit in in the future any more than I do in the 21st century.
i cried a little throughout almost half of starman. because i thought it was really sweet though, not because it was sad or anything.
also dawn of the dead (1978). i shed a manly tear at the part when that zombie walks up to fran while she's on the other side of a glass wall and tilts her head and looks at him.
can't think of anything else that got to me.

Dawn of the Dead (2004) - "I'll just stay here. Watch the sunrise.."
I liked the old woman. Pretty much killed me when they both shot each other.
I always thought he said "I'll just stay here for a little while. MAYBE watch the sunrise"
