Corridor between my room and kitchen creaks like hell. Biggest stealth challenge is no sneak to the kitchen and back in the middle of the night without waking everyone in the house.

Now serious. I tried to stealth down the stairs, and the people in the living room started like "OMFGZ A GHOST?!" before I was even seen. I hate the creaky stairs, I'm at the wall but it still happens..
The ninja mask was easy, even though I don't need it so much :v:
I put a balaclava mask on me and showed it to my mom. She though i was Al-Quaeda or something. NEVER EVER MAKE MASKS WITH WHITE T-SHIRTS!

Why?
Me and a few of my friends just got done playing a few games of Infiltration and Greenman.
Greenman was pretty great but it was more like Amnesia: The Stealth Descent. Infiltration involved a lot of crawling under cars and through dirt whilst it was raining.

I want to know how elite special forces like the navy seals are trained in stealth - if they are at all, that is.

Can't you use a phone to set a timer for a minute, leave it there then go find a good hiding spot near the phone?

I've been using that "stick-to-the-sides" trick for getting up/down my stairs late at night for years now, I was hoping it would be mentioned.
Remember to turn off your pipboy light for christs sake!
