Fuckfuckfuckfuck!!!! I havent woke up this pissed off since before seroquel. I think the 5-htp works against it. I had to actually try really hard just not to start destroying everything this morning. My breath is really shallow.
Cyclothymia my ass, I got something a lot worse. Im on this stupid fucking medication and I feel 2x as bad. Ive never exploded like I did today. Feels like Im ready to die at 18.
I don't know if it would help if this is really a medical issue but you could look into deep-breathing and other relaxation methods to help keep you calm. I feel sorry that you have to go through this man, bipolar disorder really sucks. :( If you ever need to talk to someone I'm sure there are tons of guys on here you could PM, I know I'd try to help you out.
It sounds like your parents may be a part of the problem, do they always say bad things about you? If so, that is no situation you should be in. They should be loving and supportive throughout this. Maybe you should, along with following the other advice given in the thread, try taking up a new hobby or getting involved in something new? Just a thought, but I personally find that becoming more active in a new activity can be a great stress relief and can even help you find something you had a hidden talent for. At any rate, just know that there are people who do appreciate you and do indeed give a fuck.
fuck your parents, that would piss me off too. honestly get an apartment with a friend or something and just work on whatever you love in all your freetime. And secone's right. You're better than what your parents say about you.
take some advice from the dude.. Abide, and count to 10.
You and me and in a similar boat kelloggs, just I'm mostly undiagnosed because I hold a general distrust of those in the medical field, especially those that deal with mental illness. Pretty soon I'll be getting cut off my parents insurance and then I won't be able to get any help. Not sure what point I'm trying to make here, except that you're not alone. I know of some good support websites for those with mental health problems if you're interested I could pm you the urls. [editline]21st August 2013[/editline] You'd probably be better off trying to get help there than from a bunch of drug users on a video game forum.
