Full character customization.
Drop-in, drop-out co-op multiplayer.
More variety of weapons.
Optimization.
No fucking mouse smoothing/acceleration.
Better combat system.
Zombie gamemode (with co-op).
Just a couple at the top of my head.
GTA Canada.
GTA is one of the only games in which I think a zombie mode would be appropriate
Lots o' guns
Jets
Local co-op
Hey cousin lets go bowling
Friend Perks
Sasquatch
Fuck load of easter eggs
Hey cousin we should drink together
Car customization
BETTER FUCKING CAR PHYSICS
gore
GTA is one of the only games in which I think a zombie mode would be appropriate
There was one during the alpha stages of IV.
I want to be able to completely make my character instead of just shop for clothes and it needs random events plus some an enormous map like in San Andreas where you play in a state instead of one city
BETTER FUCKING CAR PHYSICS
Set the weight of the turismo to 99999999
Its fucking fun.
Magical swing sets.
Destroyable skyscrapers...that reform when you walk far enough away from them.
Perhaps a mission to reenact 9/11 to push up the controversy.
If they incorporate Saints Row Kinda Gameplay into GTA V gameplay = So much Fun.
THEY NEED TO ADD PLANES, ASSETS, GANGS, WAHT NOT.
ENTER EVERY BUILDING!!
Someone in one of the other threads said something about it being about a Native American in Las Venturas. I think that'd be amazing.
Lots of cheats, like in san andreas.
More open areas. Like in San Andreas, rather than the complete city land scape of GTA IV.
More helicopters, aeroplanes and jets. More guns.
random npcs on the streets that don't look like ugly motherfuckers
less tutorials
better activities than 'Bowling' and 'Eating' and 'Going to a strip club and leaving the instant my friend sits down because my family is around'
Less realism, more fun. (SA like)
More fun, less engaging storyline.
Seriously, who else thought the story of Niko trying not to get involved in a life of crime lost all credibility when I got to a story mission by driving a truck down the pavement of Times Square?
Fun things to do after you are finished with the story. Mindlessly killing civilians gets boring after a while.
I want tanks, a lot of crazy cheats and viable exploration with easter eggs and such like in GTA3.
Fucking enter EVERY building would be amazing.

Oh and breaking stuff in stores, restaurants etc. causes police tape the next day you come around.
ALSO: more robbery activities. I loved that in SA.
more uses for car bombs
car problems, like fuel, broken engine, so that if you hit a gas tank on a truck, it slowly 'bleeds' out
gore system
shooting people causes permanent, or much longer lasting effects, like limping, bleeding out slowly.
Custom Maps
hot coffee
Oh now I remembered: Do you know what would be TOTALLY AWESOME???
getting more moments when someone from another sequel appears, like when the guy from GTA3(Claude?) appeared in GTASA for a race I think, or when Luis had to steal the diamonds in the Museum and Niko was there.[sp]then I shot Niko and failed the mission because "You shot Niko"[/sp]
I want a huge map with lots of countryside areal like in SA and more realism like random events that happen in real life like some road is closed because of some accident that's happened and you can see police and doctors and whatnot actually do their job and clear the area and open the road again. Maybe also small realistic things like you can actually change to the spare tire if you get a puncture.
Also no more weapons up your arse. What you hold is what you have and if you don't want to get caught by cops you gotta drop it unless it's a small gun that you can hide.
Another swing set glitch.
More interesting citizens that do citizen stuff.
Skate 3 physics. :v:
ladders n' junk, a small change but it would make climbing buildings way easier
More 'fun' stuff placed around the city, like stunt jumps and secret areas, stuff like that.
And a lot of customisation stuff, especially for vehicles. Perhaps even helicopter customisation (And being able to save it at your safe house).
AND rampages from the older GTAs.
