that was.. interesting but not something that I could get into
Gettin' there. But in all seriousness, it's all up to people to decide for themselves in the end. I would say "like all genres" but it ain't easy.
I do like a vast majority of music. It's just metal that escapes me.
I kind of wish I did like metal and new music because it's kind of saddening when you realize that most of the people that you listen to every day died decades before you were born. If time travel is ever possible, the first thing I'll do is go back to the mid-40s and see all of these people live.
I do like a vast majority of music. It's just metal that escapes me.
You should try some Hard Rock or Progressive Rock. They're probably more accessible and easy get into than metal. The themes in metal can be disturbing for people. I get that.

So, for a project in Langauge Arts, we have to pick song lyrics for analyzation. I have (so far) Shine On You Crazy Diamond, and I Am The Walrus. I need one more song. Any suggestions? I've already asked the Pink Floyd thread for help too.

I was thinking about that. Lily, Rosemary, and The Jack Of Hearts is one of my favorite Bob Dylan songs of all time. I might do that one.
