She walked up to, said "Beatles Aren't Music" then went away?
Yesterday my English teacher played the "No No Song", thought of King Ringo.
She walked up to, said "Beatles Aren't Music" then went away?
Well she asked what I was listening to and I was listening to them and then she said it
Well she asked what I was listening to and I was listening to them and then she said it
Weird.

Did you even respond to it or were you just too shocked to respond? I would've been the latter, just like.."What?"
I am okay with people who say they don't like the beatles, or think they're overrated.
But the people who say the beatles suck, or are the worst band ever, or aren't music, that just doesn't make sense. It's simply not true.

That's pretty much what I did.
People are ashamed to express their truth when disliking these kind of bands.
Either they think it's too light-hearted or too "kiddy" for them.
Nothing wrong with saying it, but it's matters than can easily be gotten over.

I do think some of Elton John's work in the 70s surpasses most of the band's solo work in that time.
There was this guy once who started talking to me, trying to "get to know me" better.
I brought up the fact that I love the Beatles
He was all "Oh man, I hate those guys. They're so overrated".
I just stopped and stared and then turned and walked away.
I could never date anyone who hated the Beatles.
Should have punched him the balls too.

Woah.. Way to set your sights :v:
I think relationships based on solely how similar people are, are just... Dull to me.
Why would I want to marry someone just like me? :smug:
Well I know that, I do like variety. I don't want to date someone just like me either.
But considering that my dream is to open a heavily Beatles related diner in the future... yeah that wouldn't work lol
Why not just a 60s related diner :v:
Well that's what it'll be, but the main "feature" will be the Beatles.

They don't have to be exactly the same, but they have to agree on certain things.
Like I wouldn't date a neonazi.
Yes! I finally found a copy of Concert for Bangladesh. Unfortunately no DVD, but the audio is just as great.
i blasted beatles in the car today with a bunch of people

Anyone read this book? I'm only at page 70 but it provides a very interesting look at George Harrison's career and his journey/struggle with spiritualism.

And then the 80's hit
poor Elton.

I dunno, you can still pull out some great stuff.
But I think his catalogue is damn amazing.
Every time I go to listen to The Beatles I go in the the mindset of "Yeah this is a good song", then I listen to it, and I am blown away with the awesomeness.

Have A Hard Day's Night being played by an Indian band. Ooh, ooh, name each meal after a song, representing how it tastes and/or a feature of the dish. And make the waiters and that wear different Beatle-related costumes each day of the week, except there's an 'Eighth Day' where all meals have 25% off and there's LSD in all the food! Maybe not that last part.
For 2 years now my youtube recommended videos have been full of scrubs clips and tf2 machinima but today I saw only live clips of the Beatles

I already said to do that.
Apparently she won't accept such amazing names as:
Hey Juice (Or Hay Juice for Wheatgrass Juice)
Give Peas a Chance
I Want To Hold Your Ham
Snacksman
Can't Buy Me Lunch
Happiness is a Warm Bun
Honey(That's What I Want)
Like Creamers Do
And many more......
