Because it's not 100% Beatles.
Beatles related is fine.
Because it's not 100% Beatles.
Who cares, other bands that are similar to the beatles are also good.
I'm going to create a brand of thermal pants called "Happiness is a Warm Bum".
Well that's what it'll be, but the main "feature" will be the Beatles.
There is a local place that has three tables with themes, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Elvis. We always sit at The Beatles or Elvis.

You don't like the rolling stones?
I don't like Elvis.
Elvis had good music, but when it came to his "competition", he was a huge d-bag.
Elvis had good music, but when it came to his "competition", he was a huge d-bag.
People think so many songs are his that aren't, and the original versions are much better IMO.
Is it Fuddruckers?
Yes. I guess its not local, I've only seen it here.
Elvis had good music, but when it came to his "competition", he was a huge d-bag.
he was kind of a jerk to The Beatles when they went to his house, but overall he said they were "alright".
Yes. I guess its not local, I've only seen it here.
Yea the one at this mall near me has the same thing as yours
he was kind of a jerk to The Beatles when they went to his house, but overall he said they were "alright".
Cept the part where he tried to have them deported.
he was kind of a jerk to The Beatles when they went to his house, but overall he said they were "alright".
Dude, his ego was crazy. He was the biggest performer of the time. Was he and Tom Jones friends though? That's the real question.
It would be cool if only a northern song ended by going "If you think this song's gone on too long, well you're right" and just cut short.
Make me wanna shout

How come there is color footage on some 50's videos on musicians and yet the Beatles decided to make Hard day's night black and white?
How come there is color footage on some 50's videos on musicians and yet the Beatles decided to make Hard day's night black and white?
Reasons can be: Artistic. Budget. or just because they felt like it.
You never give me your money. :saddowns:
I remember making that post 3 months ago. [editline]17th May 2011[/editline]
Reasons can be: Artistic. Budget. or just because they felt like it.
In their case budget. :v:
The other question is, why the Magical Mystery Tour movie? It was directly planned for color, but then they stopped that and changed it around. That's a reason why it got horrid reviews, it was supposed to be a trippy-dippy journey and ended up being an odd-ball...jumbled up...thing of clips of the Beatles dressed funky and doing odd things.

That was Godly.
Also while on the subject of the Beatles films, ever since watching A Hard Day's Night I've been wishing I could wear a suit everyday and get away with it, but it's just seen as weird to do that today. Not that everybody wore suits all the time in the sixties, but you could most likely get away with wearing one without there needing to be an occasion - especially as the bands at the time were doing it. Anybody else ever have this feeling?

Ah, fair enough I suppose.
