It looks way more centered on the Beatles, not so much John Lennon.
Look at it this way, the owner of the pub or bar or whatever obviously didn't have any bad intentions when he created the bar. I'm sure if Yoko would've asked him behind closed doors to maybe pay some sort've fee or something to use whatever he has in the bar, the owner would've gladly obliged.
From what I can tell, she doesn't have a case.
I'm fairly sure Paul and Ringo don't mind places like this.

I think she's really more upset about the name. She doesn't "own" peoples' rights to own and display memorabilia of the world's most famous band.
But honestly, I'm not sure how someone can copyright a human name that I'm sure TONS of people have in real life.
Some other guy named John Lennon is probably crying in a corner right now hiding in his house for fear of Yoko.

Because they're rich as shit?
Because they cool~

lookit these swank mother fuckers
also I'm fairly sure Yoko has enough money from John to last her a lifetime.

Doubt it. Unless she gets royalties from Plastic Ono Band, which would be great.
Yoko Ono was born in Tokyo, Japan and has an estimated net worth of $500 million dollars. Yoko Ono, a performance artist and activist, is most widely known as the widow of John Lennon. She is also an accomplished musician and filmmaker and many credit her with bringing New Wave music to the forefront.
you were saying
Sorry to butt into this conversation but I think Yoko Ono is a cunt. And no I don't think she broke up the Beatles but she sure was a part of it.
If she wants to make money she can keep making her music or live off of John Lennon's endless legacy and money. Oh wait, she already is. Suing that guy is just greediness and makes her look like even more of a cunt.
That is all.
she wasn't part of the breakup, john was.
he was the one who brought her into the studio, leading to increased tension.
And there were many many many other causes too, but when you look at the ""yoko ono being there" cause, it was pretty much johns fault.
And that's barely a cause either, the breakup was inevitable.

I still don't like her because of things like this, but that's a different matter
oh I forgot to tell you guys but I had an awesome dream.
I found some old beatles albums that doesn't actually exist, and it was kinda like anthology because it was filled with a ton of unreleased stuff (that doesn't really exist, I was just making it up)
I listened to the whole thing, and when I woke up I tried to remember it so I could write it down, but I forgot it all...
Sad you can't praise and honor John Lennon without fucking Yoko coming in and stopping the works, because she doesn't get any money.

I still don't like her because of things like this, but that's a different matter
Well, Paul brought his family in a lot too. You could see that in Let It Be that his daughter is there and she plays with Ringo. It's not any one persons fault, it was several factors that caused the Beatles to breakup.
Yeah I know, I was saying it played a really minor part in the breakup.
But you can't really blame her for coming, it was John that wanted her there.
The White Album caused The Beatles to break up. True story.

I bet you caused the Beatles to break up.

It's actually not that different. I've not stopped liking what I used to. I've just adopted a "who cares what it is I'm listening to as long as I like it" mindset for my music listening.
Yeah, I didn't assume that. I'm just surprised and glad in your ways. :zoid:
lol I found this in my parents' CD collection

Looks interesting. Tell me how soulful.
I saw a documentary about their lives when they toured and how that was the beginning of them breaking up. All the stress they had to go through and never a relief from fans, being locked in their hotel room or when they were on the move.
My dad told me that HBO is coming up with a George Harrison documentary?
Not sure what it's called, but I'll do some looking into it.
I heard about that a not too long ago but totally forgot about it.

Yeah it's the Martin Scorsese one that was announced a while back.
I really want to see it but I don't get HBO. frown.png
