I think the part is also most sad that Handle With Care is sorta the prelude to the video for End Of The Line, seeing as how the Wilbury's get dropped off at the train station. And poor Roy isn't there. I originally heard the Wilbury's weren't going to shoot the video, but they realized that Roy would've wanted them to carry on. :smith: Roy always looked so badass. Dem glasses :h:
I never even realised that. That's pretty bad.

If anyone hasn't already, you should check out the cover band Yellow Matter Custard. The original lineup was Paul Gilbert, Mike Portnoy, Neal Morse, and Matt Bisonette. Matt didn't appear this time around so they replaced him with Kassim Sulton to replace him. They do some seriously amazing covers. Obviously if you know Paul Gilbert, he solos really hard a lot which is kickass. I'm studying SAT vocab, and so far like 6 words used the Beatles in their example.
That's awesome. What are the examples?
like "He was ardent about the Beatles, he had collected every song ever recorded" or something. Also, some were like "Paul McCartney is the something something something, I forget"
Bad example, everyone knows Ringo was the something something something. Paul was the something something something.
Weird, my Mum always used to say that Ringo was a bit of a something something something.
There's something in this thread, that woos me~

Ok I put my bass and 2 iPods up on ebay and craigslist, hopefully I will have enough to buy a hofner bass!
Hey Jo, how do you play here comes the sun? Are you using a capo or w/e they're called in English or are you playing on the higher strings?
I use a capo on the 7th fret, just look online, there are tutorials everywhere
I know, it's just that I don't have a capo :v:
Get one, theyre cheap
Just spended lods of emone on a new computer so I'm a little light at the moment, I'll get one in a week or two
Just finished watching Nowhere boy, the movie about John Lennon's teen years and the start of The Quarrymen. Great movie :v:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_500_Greatest_Albums_of_All_Time#Top_10_albums uh, so the beatles are there 4 times out of 10, but Abbey road isn't there, while the White Album is? I already knew Rolling Stone was stupid, but jeez...
Sgt. Pepper isn't even the best Beatles album.
I was reading the wikipedia page for flying and it lead me to this. I think it's cool
12 minutes of Flying. My body is ready.
12 minutes of Flying. My body is ready.
heh its not 12 minutes of flying its 2 minutes of flying and then 12 minutes of john playing around on a mellotron or something
No quiet you it's 12 minutes of Flying and nobody can take that away from me. [editline]1st August 2011[/editline] Unless the video is taken off of youtube.
Been listening to Concert For Bangladesh on constant repeat, such an amazing concet
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/TyzQN.png[/thumb] spent the past few minutes making that. I don't have anthology so it's a little lacking though also I took a little liberty and put the Come Together/Something single in the right spot, but moved abbey road after let it be, since it was recorded afterwards, and The End is a perfect way to end this playlist.
